Wonderful relaxing experience with the sea lapping at your feet. Staff incredibly attentively. Great value.

This was excellent stay, even combining work and vacation. Exceptionally clean, excellent staff, helping a lot from arrival to departure, all with smile and good will. When my wife got sea-sick, our butler went above and beyond to make it easier on her. Loved Thalasso pool, was there every day. Good beach, great snorkeling, many restaurants. Perfect!

I would recommend this place If you are someone who needs healthy food, a calm and relaxing rest, a clean and beautiful stay, a pleasant service. I will definitely go there again

A place to go where you need to recharge and realign your body. A sanctuary where daily life stresses and tensions gets erased. You feel better after staying.

Beautiful room, great view. The fine dining restaurant was not that great, but the Japanese restaurant was fabulous. The heated salt-water pool with jets in all different positions was really fun.

It was a nice hotel with large rooms The furniture in the rooms is somewhat dated The pool area is nice but weirdly no one swims in the ocean directly next to the hotel and there are all sorts of signs warning you of the dangers There was some sort of screeching insect that was very very noisy day and night while we were there so it was difficult to enjoy our patio Food/ drinks is expensive WouLd be nice if they had bicycles as there’s a nice trail along the highway Also if more of the info about the hotel and programs was in English I personally preferred hawaii

Wonderful location. Awesome staff. Fabulous room! Highly recommend staying at the Terrace Club section of the resort.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They also spoke English pretty well. The entire hotel is beautiful and our room was large and comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, nice staff. Breakfast and afternoon snacks all very tasty. Room was big and clean. Cons: Wifi is a joke, a mediocre 2 mb connection that only worked internment in rooms. No wifi in pool areas/fitness room. Fitness room is a even bigger joke: Two old technogym treadmills and 3 even older bikes.. and that’s it!! In a resort where space is not an issue and where wellness is supposed to be in focus, this is simply not good enough. For these reasons I will not be back!

When the guest get the notification about using the hotel, the front guidian can't speak english.... it's very hard to understand the notification...

Amazing stay. We went March 11th, so off season just before things really ramp up for summer (April 1st). As such, the swimming pools were not open, but everything else was and it was private, exclusive, quiet, beautiful, etc. the salt water spa pool was open if course, so did not miss anything. Staff were incredible and attentive, kind and accommodating. Rooms were just gorgeous - it was well worth the ocean view. Could not have had a better stay. Thank you!

It was the best hotel experience. The butler service, the housekeeping, and the "thalasso spa". The perfect service you can ever get and the best comfort you can get as a vacation is available in this hotel. My family spent the best family vacation in this place and we would like to visit here soon as possible. The location is perfect though you have to drive at least 2 hours from the airport because it gives you some space from other tourists, noise, and the beautiful private beach as well. I strongly recommend this hotel compare to other hotels in okinawha(loved this place compare to the Ritzs just to be clear). The butler, they give the best hotel service and very nice! Thanks:) Lastly, you will regret it if you miss "thalasso spa". Though you may have to spend more money, it really worth it. I was surprised that the hotel keep the water purity level(I saw them checking regularly), thanks to them, though I have very sensitive skin with extreme allergy, I had no problem. (I usually can't swim in hotel swimming pool due to that but in thalasso spa, I had no problem at all) Overall, this hotel is the place you should experience if you wish to make good memory with your partner or family etc. (I personally want to visit here alone!)

Facilities and landscape are good. But those staffs are very disappointing! They made various mistakes but not tried to fix it!

Very nice hotel. Hotel is separated into two sections, one is the adult-only resort type, it has a specialized pool with heated salt water. The other one is more family-oriented with bigger pools and smaller shops inside. The adult-only sea water pool has 14 different massage/water jet features, very relaxing and high recommended. All staffs were very friendly. I love listening to the sound of ocean waves while falling asleep and waking up with it too.

Beautiful hote, room was clean/comfy.,the free breakfast was amazing, great selection of items to choose from. The view from the 7th floor balcony was stunning. Staff were very accomidating and friendly. Would recommend to a friends as the suite was very private and romantic.

We stayed here for my husband's birthday. The hospitality was incredible. Every staff member was attentive and wonderful. Our deluxe ocean view room was huge and immaculate. We took advantage of the hotel cocktail hour and dined at Chula-la, the Italian restaurant. They were all amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Very bad discriminations to foreign guests. The staff show a totally different face and attitude towards foreign guests (they dont even wanted to help us put our luggages into the car when we left, in which they happily did for the Japanese guests left right before us. Very disappointed.
