Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room service and cleanliness were too bad. We booked one room for 3 persons (3beds) but when we got to the room, there was only two beds and after we complained they added one extremely uncomfortable bed. Taxis in front of the hotel were so expensive and charged us almost 3 times higher than the real price. We booked airport transport service which had delayed about 1hour and 45 minutes. Hotel didn’t pay any penalty or gave us any discount and we had to pay the complete cost. The only thing that we got as a compensation was some fruits and cookies in our room.

quiet room with sound proof windows, comfortable bed, large rooms and very polite and friendly staff.We check-in early and check-out very late which it was very pleasent.I love Azerbaijan thanks to all good Azery people

We stayed at the hotel during our flying visit to Baku, hotel room was very spacious, clean and boasted a big double bed.
Would recommend. Unfortunately we did not dine in the hotel restaurants nor visit the hotel spa or gym facilities, so therefore cannot comment on those amenities.

Good stay, but the cleaning ladies moved a lot of stuff around. Found my keys inside a drawer

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall the property was well presented but is showing signs of age and wear. The bed springs are evident in the beds room 1203 but lovely pillows and bedding with good shower and towels.

The room conditions become bad . No bath robe . Beds not comfortable. The restaurant became very busy and crowded with poor choices for food and bad taste.

If you didnt meet package traveler from arabian country, you can enjoy hotel. Because package traveler gathers in the lobby, they were always noisy.

Overall a good stay. Location good for getting into the city centre - 10 minute taxi journey for only 10 manat.

This is a very nice Hotel with all 5 star amenities except a swimming pool. It’s about 15 mins drive by Cab to the downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.

Breakfast low quality. Service very low. Lots of personell walking around steering and looking they didnt know what to do.

Huge hotel, too many people on the reception 24 hrs, the reception always on rush. It takes long time for check-in and check-out.

Unfortunately a bit disappointed experience with our stay, Hotel is not within walking distance of any tourist attractions and there is nothing around the hotel.
Not recommended for Families and Couples.
