I paid sar130 for breakfast, but if I book a room from the IHG website, then the breakfast price will be sar48, which is unbelievable.

Pros: Parking was crowded. Garage was full, first day parked outside next to building. Second day in front of the building. Check in/out was quick/ easy. Staff is helpful/ kind. Facilities were clean/ lobby decor was nice. My suite 1807 was clean/spacious. Bed was comfortable. Found the extra pillow in a drawer. Bathroom is very spacious/clean although the shower has some wear/tear with regards to the floor tile. It has useful aminities. It has a Jacuzzi tub which I'm not sure if it works. Cons: Refrigerator was placed outside of the cabinet which I found to be a bit tacky looking. Shower floor tile has noticeable wear/tear. Couch has visible white stains on cushions that looked suspicious 😝 Phones in room were disconnected. We didn't realize this until the last day when we were calling to order room service. We were able to get only one of them to work. I gave this hotel 3 ⭐⭐⭐ mainly due to lack of enforcement of the Covid-19 health/safety protocols not being enforced. The rules haven't changed. Unmasked guest were allowed to enter/sit in hotel lobby/ignore security's request to wear a mask. One man, I don't know if he was a guest or not, entered/ignored security's request for tawakkalna, temperature check/to wear a mask.

I paid through expedite as it shows clearly breakfast for two persons. That's what also appeared in my receipt, but the hotel charged me 40$ for the second person. When I called Expedia, they said it depends on the hotel policy

The reception staff is friendly and helpful.. rooms are clean and comfortable but there are some annoyances because I got a connecting room..

the hotel is located in nice and vital area. The hotel breakfast buffet is perfect, and multiple choices of food. The room is comfortable and equipped with all necessary guest daily use Don't miss it.

I like this hotel I have stayed many times because the rooms are spacious and affordable. I wish they would update the rooms a little and give more amenities and toiletries in the rooms. If you get a room with a view it’s nice the rooms without a view are creepy I hate them. The food isn’t good and it’s expensive I order outside now. The underground parking is a nightmare for large vehicles park on the street if you have a SUV or large car. The service is always excellent and check in is a breeze. I enjoy the privacy at this hotel no one bothers me and that’s what I want the most.

It was great stay with good location but a bit traffic due to construction. Overall I do recommend it.

This hotel was very nice, and the staff was really friendly. My husbands car battery neeeded a jump and the staff searched for someone to help. The only problem we had the whole stay was with parking. The garage is to small for a suv so we couldnt park there and the parking around the hotel was hard to find most days.

As always Holiday Meydan's experience was great. Clean environment especially during COVID times, quality comfort in terms of bedding, and great service. The only issue I faced was that the staff was not able to find my breakfast booking as it was already included in my package. Overall 10/10 for me.

All was fine. Location, service and facilities are excellent. Service at the restaurant was slow. Parking too small. But generally speaking I was happy during my stay.

Hotel was clean and alright. All the facilities were ok but internet wasn't brilliant although got strong signals.
