I stayed here many times before Covid. I couldn't come for 4 years because of Covid, but I could finally this time. Very clean, super friendly staff, good place and price. I stayed 5 star hotel near Conish before. But much better than 5 star hotel here. I recommend this hotel for all people. And I'll stay this hotel soon again, inshallah.

Great location and value for money. Small room.

The management was disjointed. I have sent an email and spoke to someone when I called to say I was delayed a day due to weather. When I got there they had sold my room and we're going to send me to another property 10 mins drive. Then I extended to midnight on the 18th at a half rate, then they charged a full day. Disconnected.

I had a nap in the afternoon, i usually find it difficult to sleep in the afternoon.

Facility is still new, standard rooms are ok, space is tight though, when I sit on the desk u cannot pass through the room if u have house keeping coming to do something. Reasonably good, food not great though.

I went with my friend, I was little disappointed with the service at swimming pool. It was as if people were noticing what you are doing there.. doesn't look like a professional place.

Very helpful staff , all attentive to guests needs & requests. Room clean & comfortable. Breakfast excellent, no shortage of choices.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that this hotel has a full size washer and dry for guests to use free of charge. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have face towels, which are hard to find in this region!

Extremely friendly staff in a top location made my stay in Abu Dhabi something to remember

The location was very convenient to the Embassies area. The valet service could be better, but the rest of the staff were courteous.

stay was generally awesome... service was good except for one brief encounter where I asked a staff how to get to Carrefour (just 8 min walk), and she just told me to take a cab.

Hotel itself was fine, but serious problem with breakfast. Hotel unable to cope with number of guests wanting to eat breakfast in the morning, response from restaurant staff we would like to offer you a complimentary lunch, it was a shame we were checking out, I would have liked to see if they could cope with 2 more for lunch.

Pretty good value in Dec 2018, although the rooms are a little tight/smallish.

I was there for a week. The staff were some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. They were helpful at every request.

Quick stop over I really enjoyed it the staff were excellent

The room greeted us with unpleasant smell. Later, we discovered the smell came from the cleaners of the room. The bathroom had only 1 piece of soap and the walls have open gaps near the ceiling. The lights in the bathroom also lit the whole bedroom. It was hard to sleep when there was so much lights in the room. When we left in the morning, we requested the front desk to add another soap in the room and to replace the cups and glasses we had used with clean ones. They added 1 soap but left the dirty cups and glasses. We spent an hour waiting for the rooms to be cleared or cleaned. We found hairs from the shower floor hanging outside the drains under the sink. The WIFI signal was very weak. We really used it for just a couple of hours. I want a refund! When we were checking out, we call the front desk for help with our luggage. We were told that they don't have luggage services because "this is a 3-star Business Hotel".
