This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room had a bad door, hair on the sink and bathtub, the paint and furniture was marked up everywhere, no closet to hang clothes, gross stains on carpet, towels that had holes in them, sink was dripping, sketchy parking lot. I would give this place a 1/5. The only good thing about this property was the gal at the front desk. Her name was Dee. Ahe was very nice and personable. This property is a total dive.

Our TV didn't work , Hot tub and Pool not working, staff was nice but didn't fix our problem of the TV and didn't have another room the same to move us too. No compensation for these things a discount would have been nice.

I was looking forward to soaking in the hottub, only to find the pool and hottub were out of service! Had i known this we would have booked elsewhere! Very Disappointed

There was a leak in room 200 the family room! The bathroom fan had water leaking all night and morning. We told the front desk and she said she would fix it in the morning. We told front desk again in the morning before we left. There was also a foul smell the first day we got on the elevator to the second floor to our room. We probably got used to it before second day as we didn’t smell it.

I called to aks if there was a handicap toilet and they saumid yes so I booked the room but unfortuantely the only grab bars were in the bathtub. We made it work but a little challenging. The front desk staff was aleays nice.

Reception was great. Room is excellent , nicely laid out and large. The one night stand was dusty.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is tight and my room had a busted plug area in the bathroom sink. Overall the stay was good.

The hotel has a hot breakfast on the third floor. We had mini omelettes and sausages. There were make your own pancakes, cereal and other options. Staff were friendly. Elevator to get you to your room. Only downfall was the small parking lot. Could barely turn around as it was crowded.

Dirty, whenever the most recent reno was done in bathroom, it was done very poorly, unprofessionally. Mold in shower stall. Bedside lamp switch broken so have to screw bulb in the turn it on. Homeless person living in parking area, vehicle security?

The hotel is very clean. The parking is a bit tight if parking isn't your strong suit. The staff were very polite and made check in easy. The room was very clean. Everything worked. The bathroom sink seemed to be plumbed backwards. Hot when cold was expected. This was not a big deal. The morning breakfast was more than enough. Great place all around.

Great Staff here! Helpful and engaging. Polite & friendly. Very clean room. Really enjoyed the Dove brand shampoo/conditioner and Body lotion in pump bottles! Very convenient and smelled amazing. Hot tub was out of order which was disappointing but these things happen. Will definitely stay again next time in town.

We have stayed here before with no problems but not this time. The pool was dirty. My son went to shower to get the pool trim off and had black goo come out of the drain in to the tub. No one could shower and weren’t able to change room till next day No apology for any of the inconvenience

The room was clean and had a kitchenette with a microwave, induction burner, and fridge. That was a nice surprise I didn't notice in the advertisement.

Got an accessibility room but was not well done for someone in a wheelchair. Couldn’t close the door in the washroom with a wheelchair, tight area in room, no pull down shower head.
For someone not needing an accessibility room would likely be ok. It’s clean, breakfast was ok, staff are friendly and beds are fairly comfortable.

Had a great stay. Minor nuisances such as the bathroom vent was not working so the room steamed up, and the shampoo was empty, but that was very minor and we totally enjoyed the stay. We will happily stay there again.

We chose this hotel as it had a pool. We tried to use the pool, but it looked so dirty we didn’t go in. There were flies in it, and something suspicious floating around on the surface. There were used towels lying around on the floor alongside the pool. We used the hot tub, but the jets barely worked.
The room was ok, but looking very tired.
There is a construction site next door, which of course is out of this hotel’s control, but is quite noisy.
The breakfast was adequate.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Property was clean and there was even a hot breakfast in the morning. Only downside is the air conditioner was noisy, but most motels have that issue. Will definitely stay there next time I am in town.

The staff was awesome, room very clean. The hot tub needs service(jets barely work), breakfast good but need juice machine, company controlled juice, very watery, not so good. Put waffle makers back, pancake machine not as good.
