Upon check in I have requested for a late check out at 11am because I arrived quite late for my check in - I commuted from Wollongong. The front desk granted my request. The following day - around 10am, the phone in my room rang several times, but there I couldn’t hear any voice talking. After about 10 minutes, someone knocked on my door - when I opened it, it was GSA female staff asking me why I wasn’t answering the phone as they’ve called me 3 times. I replied back and told her that I did answer the phone but I couldn’t hear anyone talking. She told me that check out is at 10am and I must leave the room asap. I informed her that I have requested for a late check out at 11am and that was confirmed. She told me that she wasn’t advised and there was no record of that in the system. I have stayed at Quest In Mascot and the staff there are lovely. I used to work for Meriton Suites as a GSA and I enjoyed my job. I know how things work. She is an embarrassment to company and Quest hotel will lose business because of the likes of her. I don’t know how she got accepted for role. I could have handled this kind of situation in a more respectful and courteous manner and I would do my best to accomodate the guest to prevent any conflict/complaints/bad reviews from happening.

Great place if you are attending concerts nearby

It is not the worst Quest I have stayed in, but they are far worse than they used to be. I hope I never have to stay in a Quest hotel again.

The apartment was nice and spacious, a great size for myself, my friend and her son. Great amenity packs and the place was well equipped. I will say though that the aircons were not working in a heat setting - despite being turned up to 28 on the heat function they all still blew out cold air which in the beginning on winter with a child isn’t ideal. The floors weren’t very clean, and were very spotty and the light in the main bedroom wasn’t working which made it difficult. Would stay again in the hopes that these would be rectified!

Very convenient location for a short stay if attending entertainment or sports activities. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great being able to park car at Quest and walk to activity & dining options

Covenant to Olympic Park, quiet, clean and lovely staff. Parking was full so had to park elsewhere, not many places to eat at night close by and the air conditioner didn't work very well. However we would definitely return.

Great location but average accommodation. Bad bed, shower leaked from ceiling and out onto tiles near sink. Lift was slow and thankfully there was car parking next door as my request for one onsite was not available. I would stay somewhere else for a concert in future.

This hotel is PERFECT for anyone going to events in Olympic Park, but especially great for a family or friends group. The two seperate bedrooms and living area give added comfort and privacy. Staff were helpful and excellent service!!!

Perfect location and within 5-6 walking distance to Accor Stadium. The two-bedroom apartment was a great size and very comfortable. The only downsize was the cleanliness could have been slightly better in the bathroom and we found mugs in the cupboard that looked like they hadn't been cleaned and were heavily coffee stained. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we will return again. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Great stay. Easy check in and out. Bed was a bit hard but it was great to have a microwave and fridge. Easy access to the stadium.

I’m sorry to say but the rooms we were allocated were just not ok. I did not complain as we here there for 1 night to see a band. The rooms absolutely smelt like sewer. The bathrooms were the source. We knew hotel was fully booked so wouldn’t be able to be moved so went straight to Woolworths to get air fresheners. It made it bearable until we went to concert then soon as we are back and first thing in morning smell was still there like you were at a treatment plant. All windows were locked, unable to open- understand for safety reasons but no way to dilute to air. I don’t usually complain but the hotel needs to address this issue. Paid over $500 to stay in a pretty ordinary setting.
