Great hotel with stunning views, good buffet breakfast, rooms for me are a little dated and our one wasn’t in the best condition, the sink (which is in the main room had a huge crack in it and whenever you used it water just ran onto the carpet. The room its self was comfortable and had great views, the windows were quite grubby but I would imagine this is one of the hardest buildings in the country for a window cleaner, so totally understandable. The room didn’t have any teaspoons so making use of the coffee machine or kettle was tricky. I probably should have asked but housekeeping didn’t replenish on either day. No big deal. Over all we really enjoyed the hotel. For me I would probably say closer to a 4 star than a 5 but we might have just been unlucky with our room.

We had a great stay. The staff was wonderful. We had breakfast with a huge assortment and superb service. We listened to a couple of talented musicians in the evening asking with a delicious dinner.

Beautiful hotel with a really wonderful location but DEFINITELY not treated as VIP. Our room was okay…bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, so always had gross water in it and the sink was stained because of this, and as it drained super slowly it leaked onto the counter underneath quite badly. Shower didn’t drain very well, which was evident with all the water staining on the floor out side the shower. Toilet kept running if you didn’t go back and mess around with it. No VIP perks offered despite status and amount of money spent. Definitely disappointed.

Valet service took my hyro flask out of my vehicle. Restaurant opened officially at 7pm and wanted by reservation only and not accommodating for gusts like us who's 1st visit left a bad impression.

Amazing view, excellent service, beautiful hotel, the food is excellent, the view from the River Lounge is breathtaking! The hop-on hop-off bus picks us up at the door so we went city touring. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.
The top of the tower connected to the hotel provided a romantic eve on Saturday night before we went downtown for dinner. The hotel staff was gracious and responsive to all our needs/requests, without exception. We had dinner there after we arrived…try the octopus! Breakfasts were above our expectations and the service was impeccable! Try the cappuccino! Make sure you spend some time in the high floor pool (clean!), sauna (enclosed on one side with water views!) and steam room. Beautiful view of the water and bridge. Uber in Lisbon was our main mode of transportation to the area’s “must see”sites….every ride was in a clean car with very good drivers.

The hotel is very well kept. I really enjoyed the attention and hospitality. The suite is amazing with a great view from the 19th floor. 5 stars all the way.

Loved the view of the ocean from the room. The ocean water pool will be fantastic when it's repaired and reopened in May.

Outstanding Staff . They were doing their best to make us feel comfortable and happy. As it was our anniversary they even made a very kind gesture of sweets and stuff in the room as a surprise.
Even their Spa is very good.

The drink special only allows beer or wine when we first arrived. We wanted a different drink.
The room was spacious and quiet, but needed information Chanel in the TV, what was the menu service in room? What time did does breakfast begin? The shower wall leaked and did not allow us to turn the water until in the tub, so we took freezing cold water showers. The light bulbs in lamps were not working. Please do pre-check on room before offering to guests. We loved the daily bottles of water, coffee capsules and nightly chocolates, as well as the view. Great selection of foods in the breakfast every day. We did not know we could special order anything, until the last day. Young server during breakfast was very informative and helpful.

Contemporary, lovely pool, friendly, welcoming stuff. One of the lights in the room was not working and the sauna in the spa was not operational. The shuttle pick up didnt happen due to an error, but they made up for it by upgrading my room and offering me a free drink. The music in the lounge OK, so good… All in all, a OK lovely stay in a great location.

The hotel is gorgeous. So modern and we had the most beautiful view of the water. The bed was comfortable and the room was so clean. The staff were all so welcoming and so professional. Close to many restaurants and was just a short drive to the airport. The lounge area of the hotel was beautiful and the free welcome drinks were such a beautiful touch to our wonderful staff. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would 100% stay again.

We stayed one night as we were leaving in the morning out of the Lisbon airport. The attention to detail and the freindliness of the staff was truely outstanding. We decided to dine in their River restaurant as the Michelin star restaurant was closed Mondays. The River restaurant was fabulous from starters to pasta to meats and seafood. We were impressed all the way around.

The bed is super comfortable and the room is quiet with Great views
Great swimming pool upstairs unfortunately we didn’t use the spa treatments sauna/ steam room or gym but hopefully next time
Best breakfast in town 💯 per cent!
