Overpriced for what you get

When i booked i didn't know that it's in the 3rd floor. I have my child with me and no elevator

There was renovations on on of the structures. No problem there and I understand that. The towels were mildew and smelled like it. Sorry, I hate to give unpleasant reviews but I have to tell the truth.

Clean, safe for kids and well-maintained swimming pool. Also, the perimeter beach area is well-guarded. The buffet breakfast was splendid.

Very good place to stay. My biggest gripe is that we had to pay extra for a bed that wasn’t used as the room already had a single and a twin, which accommodates 3 and then a mattress for the 4th person. Which was our party of 4, but we were forced to get another mattress for an invisible guest. This needs to be clarified between the host and hotels.com as it makes things awkward when checking in. Please do better!

I love this place, and i really like the staff. Its one of the nicest places in Mindinao. It offers a beach, pool, and resturaunt. Great for kids. And convenient to go to Airport early or late.

I booked 1night for my sister and her family for my nephew birthday. I booked Deluxe Superior Room for 2adults and 1 kid sharing with free breakfast. Unfortunately the FD charge my sister 500pesos as they have been told that only 2 adults have been included in the booking so the kid will be an extra person and they should pay for his stay. I did manage to speak to the FD thru fb messenger but still they insisted they have different confirmation compare to what i sent to my sister. With more frustration arised i did contact the hotel.com CS for few times and promised me to sort things out as they said they have to speak to their Manager. My sister checked out with out the refund. I have been a Silver Member of Hotels.com and for how many years this is the first time that had happened to us. 500pesos is a big deal back home.not only that. The hotel doesnt allowed any food from outside but they don’t have any COKE available in their property. It’s really frustrating as I love their location and the pool. Sad to say the hotel should do a little bit of updates.

The room is good right next to the pool. The beach is aso clean. Breakfast is just fair for the price.

Lots of ants in the room. Sliding door lock doesn’t hold up the way it is suppose to be, restaurant waiter doesn’t entertain you unless you will wave to them for taking orders & when checking out.

Apple trees. Great pools beach close by. The internet lets this hotel down. All hotels in the ph need to spend more money on the internet in there hotel. 9 out 10 people agree with me I love the Philippines

Extremely noisy. Hour room was flooded by a storm and all they did was to dry the floor wit towels. We slept wit a soaking wet room. At midnight I woke up and saw several cockroaches the size of my thumb in the bathroom. In ternet was not working. Next day, we came back at night and the room had not been serviced. They told us that we had to let them know if we wanted it serviced. That is, thy do nit clean th room unless you explicitly ask for it. Anyway, I could keep going ...

Old rooms and bathrooms. Needs renovation. Towels are worn out and discolored. But testaurant is ok. Breakfast was ok too as well as the pool.

The pool is nice, but there was very loud music playing that went past 9 pm, when the pool closes. The restaurant buffet was not bad. The wifi was horrible and had to camp out under the router down the hall, in the heat, to use it. There was no hot water and the shower was nothing but a dribble. Not a usable shower at all. The staff at the front desk were lovely ladies, but for the price I paid, the Suite we were in was not worth the price (CAD $148).

Beautiful area on the beach. Place is old, and it shows, but the kids enjoyed the pool. A lot of rules, they don't want you to go elsewhere for food or drink, but at least their food is good. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Need a little upgrade especially the air conditioner was so loud! Saw some ants ! The pool was clean! The bed was ok!

Stay this hotel overall not value for money. Very poor quality service.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The supervisor was most helpful in getting me a fridge for my cold drinks. Also when I needed a shuttle -------both the supervisor and the driver-----you could not ask for more help-----both we great individuals------that went out of their way to help me and make my trip more enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was great, the food in their restaurant was great, and the pool was great. For the price its unbeatable.
