The room & stay were great, check in was fast & easy.
The customers service was phenomenal.
I would definitely stay here again.
The only thing, I was surprised they didn’t have was a hot buffet style breakfast included with room.
Most of the Marriott’s I’ve stayed @ before offer it.
However, they do have a Bistro inside where you can purchase breakfast.

New hotel in great shape. Some minor issues. TV did not work, took a long time and a trip to the front desk to get an extra blanked and 110 power outlets were very loose

It was just as I imagined it would be.

Instead of asking about property ask if the guess felt ok. If so, good customer service. Poor room service small empty refrigerator. No complimentary breakfast. I have been to 3rd world country hotel and have seen better guess service and accommodation. For the price something better is needed.

We were there to visit the family. We were kept up alot because we were on the fifth floor facing the traffic. We had no idea it would be that noisy. We had stayed at this hotel a few times and always had a quite room. Next stay we would like a quite room.

Hotel was close to lot of eating places. Easy access to on and off Hwy. 190.
Dislike the beds were not comfortable at all. Cause uneasy to sleep.

Upon check in the lobby was very hot. The bed/mattress in the room was also broken.

The only complaint I have is that the plug next to the bed wasn’t working, and I needed it. Other than that, everything was great!

Our first night there we had no phone, no TV and for a while no electricity. The desk clerk said our option was to go somewhere else. They had no rooms available and couldn’t move us. Ours was the only room effected do it was our problem.

Clerk at check in was very sweet and had a beautiful smile and great personality

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Bar was open and happy hour was amazing and just what I needed!

It was a nice hotel. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night; my daughter was sick and my grandson's family were down w Covid.
Two suggestions: 1) I was in a handicapped room. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short; water leaked out from the shower into the rest of the bathroom. Need a longer curtain. 2) I like to read. The lighting in the room at both the desk and next to the bed were inadequate for easy reading.
