Rude check in and very uncomfortable beds

The room & stay were great, check in was fast & easy.
The customers service was phenomenal.
I would definitely stay here again.
The only thing, I was surprised they didn’t have was a hot buffet style breakfast included with room.
Most of the Marriott’s I’ve stayed @ before offer it.
However, they do have a Bistro inside where you can purchase breakfast.

Bathrooms could be a little more cleaner, also the AC unit in the room wasn’t cooling until night time.

Not as beautiful as other Marriotts. We had a small group training session in one of the conference rooms. Staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant to work with.

We arrived late after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a cafe that was open until 10pm. They also share a parking lot with Panera- a big plus. Beds comfortable, staff friendly and professional, clean and quiet. Easy to access from major road.

The property is so clean. Staff super friendly. Never been to this area, i felt safe.

New hotel in great shape. Some minor issues. TV did not work, took a long time and a trip to the front desk to get an extra blanked and 110 power outlets were very loose

Instead of asking about property ask if the guess felt ok. If so, good customer service. Poor room service small empty refrigerator. No complimentary breakfast. I have been to 3rd world country hotel and have seen better guess service and accommodation. For the price something better is needed.

We were there to visit the family. We were kept up alot because we were on the fifth floor facing the traffic. We had no idea it would be that noisy. We had stayed at this hotel a few times and always had a quite room. Next stay we would like a quite room.

Hotel was close to lot of eating places. Easy access to on and off Hwy. 190.
Dislike the beds were not comfortable at all. Cause uneasy to sleep.
