There was no one at the front desk to check us in. Waited 15 minutes then a staff member came in the rear door from his car with takeout food. Guess he needed to run and get dinner.

Everything was wonderful. Safe, clean, comfy and beakfast buffet was great. Staff friendly and courteous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton INN Jacksonville, NC, and I must say it was a truly remarkable experience. The staff at Hampton in Jacksonville went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request or inquiry. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service truly stood out. My room at Hampton in Jacksonville was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The comfortable beds allowed me to have a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping which my wife would have loved if she joined me and dining options was plenty full as well. Poor pillows and the breakfast was horrible. Fake eggs with cheese and cardboard sausage patty with mushy potatoes. Poor quality for a Hilton Property.

The stay was overall ok, i didnt enjoy walking into a room that the AC was completely off and the room was 77 and it took the entire night to get it to come down to 70, which is not comfortable for me to sleep. The other issue was the shower water just was barely above warm so i had a not so relaxing shower.

Peaceful and comfortable stay. No problems/No complaints.

Pleasant stafe, the beds were comfortable and clean.. the breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from. This is our go to place for when we travel.

The stay was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only problem was we were unable to control the a/c unit. We had to call the front desk whenever we needed to change it.

There was no inside pool. No microwave in my room was very disappointing. I’m a new rewards member who booked 3 rooms that night and was not offered a welcome gift. Every thing else was good though.

Went to stay for the weekend to visit my son while he was in school at the Marine base. We had such a nice time. The staff are incredible and the hotel was so clean!
