Very good complimentary breakfast

Would definitely stay at this and other Fairfield Inns again.

Terrible stay! When we first got into the room, we noticed that a couple pillow cases definitely did not get changed from the last guests! They were clearly dirty and wrinkly. So gross! Front desk brought us new pillows. Then we noticed toothpaste and make up drippings all over the walls in the bathroom. Also a bunch of gunk on the tv stand. Beds are hard and springy. And it being summer, the A/C did not work. We could not open the window because we were right above some kind of mechanical and the highway was right there. Also, the rooms are not sound proof. We could hear and feel doors closing all night long. We have stayed at other Fairfield’s and loved them, except for this one. This one was a total disappointment. Would never return.

The rooms were ok. The shower sprayed the water over the tub. We were there for 7 days and it was the same breakfast every single day.

The hotel is good and clean but the check in staff is not very helpful. I booked the hotel online and pre-paid too and didn’t had the same physical card with me. Rather than requesting another card or any other option, the check in lady just told me that she won’t be able to check me in without giving alternative or advising why she need the physical card she just gave me back the ID and literally said to go as she couldn’t check in.(her name was rose I think) Then I suggested that if she need the card for deposit I can give another card under my name then she said its fine. It was such an easy fix but as customer service person she didn’t had courtesy to offer anything but chose to refuse check in instead. I am not saying she is rude but not helpful. If there were someone who wasn’t aware why they need card like for deposit policy they would be stranded outside in storm with their money wasted already on the booking.

Great Breakfast and amazing waterslide

We’ve stayed many times at this hotel and always enjoyed ourselves. The only issue we had this stay was with the level of housekeeping. We were fine to have the room made up every second day, I was disappointed that turned into a towel swap and vacuum though. I had expected the bathroom to be polished up and the beds made but nothing like that was done. The second time around was worse the garbage wasn’t even removed and no vacuuming done. We spoke to the front desk and nothing further was done. Overall enjoyed our stay and had a nice family vacation.

Beautiful hotel in Vernon and a perfect spot for my Albertan family to meet. The waterslide was a key ingredient for the kids and a fabulous Free breakfast area.

Nice enough but could use some refreshing. Many stains all over the carpets and the air conditioning was not working in our room. Heard that other guests had the same problem. Complimentary breakfast was good, not great

Excellent stay and service and what I would expect from Fairfield. My only negative comment would be the carpet in the breakfast area needs a cleaning

Poor maintenance. Aerator off bathroom sink tap, empty soap in bathtub. Front staff not friendly. Shortage of luggage carts. Breakfast staff was very friendly. 4th floor hallway hot maybe no A/C. Not good value.

This hotel used to be much better couple of years ago. Now the rooms are not that clean, complimentary breakfast is not good at all it can be skipped honestly. If you need an average hotel to stay at this one is it.

Breakfast was great! Conveniently located close to a grocery store and restaurants.

The pool was small when it got busy...very hot in the pool room and the sound echoed off the walls. Breakfast was average but would be better to do away with apper plates and plastic knoves and forks. Staff were friendly and the rrom was tidy.

In three night stay we only got our cleaned once. And the room was not vacuumed bathroom was not cleaned. Definitely not recommending.

I got what I booked and they had a lovely breakfast

Staff was very quick to check us in which was greatly appreciated as I was very tired having been driving all day.
