Hotel is very well located and pretty to be honest. The pool is gorgeous but basically unusable as it’s next to a road tbf just a fountain. I didn’t even know it was meant to be a pool at first. The rooms are decent. Only a small hotel. However if you expect any type of common sense from staff don’t bother. They have to ask for approval for minor things. Try to charge for every last detail. I got a “upgrade“ for being a gold member which was for the record only a different floor. Decided to stay for an extra night as I had a heavy one. Tried to book it at the desk. “Reservations had gone home” 8pm. So I booked on hotels. 8:30am. Wake up call. Go to reception. Argued for 30 minutes. Had to call hotels.com. Basically wasted 4 hours on my last day of honeymoon sorting it. Hotels saved the day other wise I would of been checking out! At 12 and back in at 2. Who even does that.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Siam shopping centers which is very convenient for shopping and foods. The room is very nice with all little facilities are taken care off. The service staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Bangkok.

Strategically located, 15mins walk to Siam & 10mins walk to Ratchathewi station. Staff were super friendly as well. Cleanliness wise, looks clean everywhere. However, I suspect the bed / Pillow or somewhere has bed bugs. My arms were bitten quite a fair bit. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Worth a commendation! Would I stay again, however, probably not because of the bed bugs.

The property was amazing Room decor was unique and modernized, i love the place that i wouldnt like to leave. Great location and quiet easy access to everything around the city.Highly recommended this hotel and i would love to be back sooner

Not a Boutique Hotel, very few members of staff speak English making communication very difficult. The hotel is very tired, holes in bedsheets, very tired towels. The restaurant is very quiet, no much ambiance, laying breakfast table at 8pm, while having dinner is a bit off putting, the pool is beautiful but not peaceful as the skyline train is running 150 yards above the sunbeds. Water on offer in room is not to be used for sensitive western clientele, if you use the mineral water in fridge will be charged 25baht, the staff due to poor training is very offensive and lacking total multi cultural understanding of international clientele. A nice location if the above is not problem for you, but expect to run big taxi bills as the taxi run on meters on hotel compound to be switch off at the first junction!!! So good location if using BTS and if luxury shopping is your thing as with Siam Centre and Siam Discovery it is luxe brands mecca

Good location near National Stadium BTS and within walking distance to Siam area i.e. Paragon etc. Very clean and quiet boutique hotel with excellent service staff.

I like most is the design and spaciousness of the hotel. But the design of the shower room is not desirable as water keep leaking during shower. The partition between the bedroom and the bathroom is also weird as you can see through it from the bedroom.

Stayed for 3 days Hotel located near Siam station which can be connected to city Sukhumvit by sky train Also near Siam Paragon which is the best shopping area Breakfast was great, and swimming pool was not much big, but still enough to swim and play Scent at lobby was amazing, and lobby was always in cool condition (maybe a bit cold) Staffs were kind, and great Just the water doesn't really come out in bathroom, so that was the only issue we found from room

Never seen the hotel have these bad services. The hotel only cares about how to run smoothly their selves and don't concern what the client basic request. Their staff name "Opal" unpolite to explain the room type is not our request when we check-in, and made us feel uncomfortable. We ask the manager to discuss, and the manager also unpolite to explain like reproach us. And she looks like have prepared to hide her name brand. After I ask her name to know she called "YO". This is to celebrate my wife birthday & they have said can setup a birthday card and a little set of Thai dessert as turndown service. But when I arrive at the Hotel they only give us Twins Bed & not any decoration even Birthday Card on there without any notice before, we are felt very disappointed & they just said "YOU CAN CANCEL" OVERALL THE HOTEL SERVICE IS THE WORST THAT I'VE TRY.

Very good location! Rooms were very comfortable and amenities were complete. Being able to cool down in the beautiful pool after a very hot and humid day was such a treat. The buffet breakfast could be improved. Overall we would choose this hotel again.

Outdoor service in the restaurant needs to be improved. I waited 30 mins for the staff to take my my orders during lunch time. Had to go inside the restaurant personally to place my order with the unfriendly manager. And she got my drink orders wrong there were no service after the food was served. Didn’t bother to dine in the restaurant for the rest of the stay.

Hua Chang is always one of my favorite hotels when I travel to BKK. It is near the BTS and shopping mall.

What a girly and fun hotel! As we walked in the corridors leading to the room, I was already impressed... The they opened the door for our room... Wow! The room is very spacious, it's pink and purple and white and so bright. Just a beauty and fun and comfortable place. The hotel is 5 minute walk from the biggest shopping malls in Bangkok. A ladies's dream! The only thing is that if you need a fast internet, a gym or a pool to do laps, it is not the place. Would I comeback? Certainly yes! Thank you to all the staff for the welcoming atmosphere and for helping and for finding taxis, tuk-tuk at the right price or us. We will be back *_*.
