Perfect location for us to walk from the train station, change & rest up before short walk to the tower of Pisa.

The hotel was in a convenient place, close to the tower, train station, etc. very basic hotel but you get what you pay for. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small but copable.

Hotel standard in general is okay as a two star hotel. But when arriving the room in evening, it turned out air condition did not work. Staff did not even visit the room when we raised the problem. The one night visit at this hotel turned out to be a long, super hot, no sleep night.

Stayed here last night. Wifi was not working. Parking on street was free overnight until 8am, but impossible to find a parking spot close to the hotel. Very small room for a family or four. Air conditioning barely working in room and it was so hot that day we were unable to sleep.

Location was perfect, 10 min walk from train station and 5 from the leaning tower and other attractions. Hotel itself was fine, very basic, room was extremely hot, very dark. For 1 night it was fine

Check in experience was quick and easy with a really friendly member of staff who told us all information we needed. The room was clean, the beds were comfy. Very close to centre and leaning tower, close to airport and train station. Lovely stay thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Amalfitana. The staff were really friendly and helpful - let us leave our baggage with them before and after check out to be able to explore and called us taxi when leaving. The location is perfect -5 min (if that) walk from the leaning tower and about 10-15 min walk to train station and central shopping area. The building itself and rooms are outdated, however the toom size and cleaness compensates this in my opinion. Overall would recommend, as is really good value for money.

Very nice location; however the elevator sucks and the room we were given had the air conditioner working terribly.

Excellent location - easy walk from train and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Staff were nice and helpful. Attached restaurant was excellent. AC worked well. Hotel is good value, but had a few small problems (as expected at this price point) like one of the mattresses was uneven and the toilet tank sprayed water out of the top so we had to put a towel over it. Would still stay there again all things considered.

Nice little hotel, friendly staff. Convenient breakfast for 3€/person is available and a great deal to start your morning.

Literally right down the road from the Cathedral and Bell Tower. Maybe a 6 minute walk with food and shopping right around the corner. A little bit longer (16minutes) but still an easy walk from the train station.

Almost no light with very few amenities, everything is really old and damaged, our room was completely flooded by the rain so we had to evacuate fast. On photo it looked better and that’s the reason we picked it. Would never back there.

Great hotel, central to most places to see. Not much of a distance from airport, leaning tower & cathedral were within walking distance. Staff were very helpful, check in was quick & easy, room was clean.

Equal distance between the train station and The Leaning Tower of Pisa. Lots of restaurants in adjoining streets. Hotel basic but perfect for exploring and for the price. Felt safe and clean.

The receptionist was great. We arrived two hours early and we were checked in as soon as the room was ready. Ver happy with the service.👌

Location was near to the Pissa Tower and near places to eat

The Amalfitana is a clean, well maintained hotel, north of the river and 400 metres from the famous tower. 20 minutes walk from the rail station through the much more interesting town south of the Arne than the tourist infested northern side. It is a no-frills hotel, suitable for 1 to 2 night stay but with very friendly, helpful staff. My room was adequate fro my over night stay. Breakfast in the adjoining bar was just the job, with freshly squeezed juice. The restaurant attached does a good dinner, for lower prices than the restaurants near the tower, and you get 15% discount.Very happy to recommend.
