Not clean (sheet smelled like piss), had to ask for a change.
No towels and toilet paper, had to ask.
Floor not so clean, thick black hair everywhere (I'm blonde so not mine)
Room was pretty big, and quiet.

I know I did not book a luxury accommodation but a dirty toilet seat is below any standard! The sheets did not feel/smell very clean also. But with the price paid I guess this is what you (can) get.

The Loft is in a good location and the staff were friendly but the room was smelly, dirty and dimly lit. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

I know that sometimes other travelers have different experiences, but I seriously think people have to think about what they paid for before putting up negative reviews.
We were greeted by helpful staff and the room had everything we needed for the time we were there. No one could argue about the location... it’s right in the middle of the main part of Legian.
If you want a view, book a room with a garden or ocean view in a hotel that has one and pay for that privilege. Don’t expect a window overseeing anything exciting from the middle of a main road!

The location was excellent. The room and bed itself was very comfortable and bathroom fantastic. I couldn’t believe i had such a great room at such a low price. The only downfall was that it was pretty noisy most nights from my room for various reasons - not from the street noise which was quiet. I otherwise totally recommend it, particularly for solo ppl on a budget.

The stay was ok rooms reasonably clean stay on my own was ok. Didn't get the room I booked that didn't bother me to much I know its a budget hotel but at least a kettle. But the worst thing of all was the towels got there looked like old dish rags grey old was hoping next day that would change each day same old grey ( think was white at some time ). Would I stay there again on my own yes just take your own towel.

All I have to say is I’m covered in festy bedbug bites that are sore itchy & inflamed and with the heat in Bali it’s very uncomfortable. Would I stay there again NO DEFINITELY NOT. Thank goodness my next stay is clean

Stayed one night. All clean. Staff very kind, we fall asleep and they rang the bedroom to so we dont miss the breakfast. 15min by car from airport. I would definetely come back.

Overall it's ok, from the services & cleanliness, it is good, only complain is the air conditional, it is noisy the whole night, but after checking by technician, they upgrade the room for me.

there is no kettle to boil the water, no slipper, no tooth paste, just basic budget hotel and dirty linen and towels

I have stayed here many times and always happy. But this trip the place has been terrible the sheets and towels were grey and badly stained. Very noisy and nothing done about it. The front desk staff are very helpful and go out if way to help. The place urgently needs new linen. New curtains. And paint Such a shame for us.

Simple and basic hotel facilities are present. However, bath towel appeared old and dirty, so did not use them. Only soap for shower is provided, no tooth brush, tooth paste and hand soap. Breakfast is disappointing, suggest to eat out instead. Staff were helpful though, able to borrow scissors and hair dryer that were not present.

Good hotel, in a nice location walking distance to the beach. Hotel staff were informative and friendly. Hotel is ideal and has all the basics needed.

A nice hotel close to local aneneties, a short walk to the beach. Very comfy beds but very noisy and loud from other travellers during our stay.
Staff were very helpful and on demand when needed.

Don't expect a 5 star luxury stay, but it's affordable And value for money for the convenience, nice staff and cleanliness.
