Nice hotel good location. The breakfast was nice. It had some more unique offerings such croissant breakfast sandwich and crustless quiche. The rooms were a nice size. The air conditioner did not allow us to run the fan all night which made the room a bit more stuffer than we like. Also the toilet paper was not great my daughter joked that it was less than 1 ply. Other than that the hotel was nice and staff were friendly.

The room is bigger than hotels I used to stay. The room is nice and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is only OK. Near Hershey park which is good.

I did not have a pleasant check-in experience. We called twice to see if we could check-in early and we were told this would be possible. We arrived and were instructed to wait 90 minutes for our room without any regard to the previous phone conversations with multiple employees. When I watched other patrons walk in and get checked in, I had to inquire at the front desk again before they admitted that rooms were, in fact, available.

One of the better hotel stays I have had over the last few years. As someone who has been questioning the use of AirBnB, this place reminds me of the convenience, ease of use and overall quality of staying in a reputable hotel that has become more important to me over the last few years.

Our check in was great, the rooms (as a family we had 3) we're perfect and the breakfast was very nice. No complaints. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hershey.

We loved everything about this stay except the breakfast. The eggs were rubber and everything else was of the average quality you’d expect at a free motel breakfast. We expected a little more than that at a Marriott brand. But the room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and bathroom adequate, if not a little dark. The common areas were all warm and welcoming too.

Clean and quiet hotel convenient to activities in Hershey. Pool and gym facilities were very clean and well thought-out.

The property itself is nice, clean and pretty quiet. The room was nice except the mattress was TERRIBLE, the AC wasn’t great (felt humid all night) and it’s very loud. The outlets in the light would not hold a plug. There was no grip at all. I could have dealt with the AC if the mattress wasn’t so bad, but I was hot and in pain all night. If you like a hard mattress then you’ll be fine. If not, I’d go elsewhere for any more than 1 night. My back and hips paid dearly.

Our stay was overall good. The place was very clean, and the staff was incredibly polite and nice. The only downside was that the guests above us were a bit noisy, and the breakfast was just okay. Otherwise, we had a pleasant experience.

One night it worked. Clean and quiet. Next to a Hershey. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were gross and Turkey sausage was horrible. No fruit. Waffles and bread and blueberry muffins only.

We had to switch rooms due to the uncleanliness of the first, questionable stains behind the toilet and hair in the tub and it looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned at all. The second room was better but not by much. There was stains on the shower curtain, finger prints all over doors like they had never been wiped and incredibly dusty. The women at front desk were as accommodating as possible but after switching rooms once I could tell it wouldn’t make a difference. I have never left a review but this was not clean and I am very frustrated bc i researched our stay very well and there were no other reviews like this. Others deserve to know what they are getting themselves into.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was great! We stayed here in 2021 and it was equally nice with a lot of the same wonderful staff. Our refridgerator was unplugged and we didn't realize it, so double check that it's cold before you put anything in it!

The bathroom light was burned out the first day/night fan wouldn’t come on either. Brown stuff on the floor of bathroom and than get it the shower and someone’s dirty wash cloth from previous family staying hanging in the shower. The pool is tiny and was so packed with big kids we couldn’t use it.
