Whenever we are in town my husband and I stay at this location.
I was a little disappointed this time . Check out is at noon , we had our do not disturb sign on the door and the housekeeper still came beating on the door around 8am . And proceeded to open our door . Then around 1140 another housekeeper came knocking on the door asking if we were checking out . If the checkout is at noon I would have appreciated not being disturbed by the staff do many times !

the property was very nice, however all furnishings need to be replaced. Chairs in resturant area were peeling and all wood in guest rooms are battered. Buffet breakfast was salty and over priced.. Next trip I will stay at a different Hotel.

Saturday when I got there your Front end desk assistant was very professional even though she was helping some unhappy customers before assisting with my reservation. Not my first time staying here and definitely not the last one.

We had to ask daily for clean towels. When they did give them to us we only got 2 sets for 4 people. We asked for maid service daily, but only started getting it on day 3. We talked to 3 different people in 1 day and still didn't get maid service. Found a bug in my bed the last night. The food was okay, but the restaurant was opened with very limited hours. The pool was clean and nice.

I was given a room that had been used when I first arrived. I'm also a rewards member and wasn't offered water for the room or anything. Then when I went to complain about the already used room, they switched me and didn't even offer to compensate anything for the mess up. When I got to my new room, the shower was dirty. The service was horrible at the front desk and they just seemed lazy. I will never stay there again.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. My only complaint was that the AC was completely off when we got there, in TX that means HOURS before it gets to a comfortable temperature! We had our dog with us and the pet potty area was well maintained and fully stocked on bags. Will definitely stay again!

We stay here for all of our trips to Victoria and are always pleased. I've never had an issue in the past, everything is always great. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the bed has plywood or MDF wood under the mattress. There seems to be two boards to fit for the King size bed. The boards made noise when you move around on the bed. But once asleep, it was comfortable. I'm not sure if this is how all the beds are and it's the 1st time I've noticed it. Overall, a good stay. Workout room is cool and has all premium equipment.

Love staying at Hilton hotels and this was the best so far. It is a beautiful, clean hotel with everything you need right at your finger tips. When booking make sure to include the breakfast in your stay. Good buffet and even better make to order. My only complaint is the pillows. This is every Hilton i have ever stayed at, so nothing against this particular one. The pillows just deflate under your head. Will be bringing my own from here on out. Absolutely loved this hotel, and will be staying here again.

Supposedly a handicap room,—- no grab bars, toilet is so low it is difficult to get up from, toilet paper is difficult to reach as well. Bathroom is not very easy to use for handicap

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge area was clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside the lounge area. The exercise room had great options for working out.
