Except for directions sending us to next town to an empty field, everything else was good.

Didn't understand people with pets put on 3rd floor. They should be on 1st.
They supplied shampoo/cond in shower. Didn't have shampoo. Lotion was used.
Sound on tv low than real loud.

We live le the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our room beds shared a wall with the laundromat and someone was doing laundry at midnight. It’s hard to sleep through banging doors and washer and dryer noise.

I stay here frequently it is always an amazing stay at a great price the great staff is always courteous. And they have a really good breakfast highly recommend this place

We have stayed at the hotel multiple times. It is convenient & very reasonably priced.

Wet spot/stain on bed covers when we arrived. Staff was accommodating and switched rooms for us. New room shower unacceptable. It was a whole in the wall. No door or curtain. Stained, dirty, and in need of repair. Whole hotel needs to be updated. Definitely not the 8 rating it was advertised as.

This place is in a convenient location. I think the bed was old that the middle part was sagging. Otherwise, quiet and shower was good.

This is an older property and it’s showing its age. However, my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and it was a good value.

Bed on left side was all wet. Did not notice it until we were going to bed. Had to put a towel over the wetness. Still wet in a m. Hall coming to room very dirty. Needs vacuuming. Bathroom needs work

I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 20 nights over the years. It used to be a great deal for a clean/comfortable stay with a pool and hot tub. It has needed touch-ups for a couple years but in the last year this place turned really rough. Trash/weeds all over the yard space outside and the inside is dirty in every corner. This place could still be saved with a light renovation but it is in dire need of a deep cleaning at the very least.

Awesome budget stay right off i-40. Rooms are very nice and they may have the best free breakfast out there. I stop here often on my way to California and if I'm ever tired or get in late getting a late check out is never a problem.

This place is on the verge of being a motel but its fine if you want a cheap spot to rest your head for a few hours. The room was clean but everything is extremely run down and old looking and has that old room smell. The staff was very friendly but as a woman I felt a little unsafe because I did not even see one family, just creepy looking single men

Love the staff except for the GM, not too friendly. The staff makes the place though. I don't like there's not access to more vending items, the machines rarely work

It was alright. Mostly clean. I’m mostly disappointed because they charged me an extra $90 for having my two dogs that they did not make me aware of until 4:30 the next morning. The email with my receipt had an address for an RV park instead of the hotel so we drove 15 min out of the way.

This is an excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, good condition and convenient. Excellent breakfast. There is also a very good Italian restaurant next door. Super convenient.

First thing is pool was not open. Advertisement showed a nice clean pool. False! Rooms were clean however pillows were horrible. It showed a rating of 8.5 very hard for me to believe these weren’t manipulated. One of the things we wanted and planned on using during our spare time was the pool. Absolutely would have stayed somewhere else and be happy to pay more. Will never make a hotel reservation without checking first. Personally Hotels.com has disappointed us and will have reservations on using them again.

Perfect room for a good quiet sleep. The bed was very confortable, to too soft or too hard, but just right. Love the showers and squize off toiletries

I pulled up to the hotel. There was no close parking. I was a single women with 2 kids under 2. There were 5 guys in the parking lot drink and being loud. Cars that appeared they had been parked for a while . I belive there was some permit residence. Across the street where 8 police cars. I just pulled right out and went down the road for a new hotel that looked safe.

The staff let us use the swimming pool after hours after making sure children wouldn't be swimming. It was a kind gesture. Breakfast was also great. Beds super comfortable

No fixings( pecans, raisins, walnuts, for oatmeal or waffles. No egg choice. No Milk alternatives.

Great Value for the money. They put us in a handicap accessible room although we are not handicapped. Therefore, there was no lip on the shower floor so water ran out halfway to the sink when using the shower. The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. The printout for the room stay showed the room cost $25.12 less than we were charged by Hotels.com. ?????
