Loved it. They are going through renovations but didn't effect us at all. The staff was wonderful and kind.

The attendant who helped us was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and just what we needed after a long drive. Thank you!

Although they didnt have the room we initially booked they upgraded us to a double suite for the same price. It was very nice and beds were comfortable! Hotel staff was very nice!

Checking was good, when we checked in we were on 4th floor. Then management changed us to 1st floor. Breakfast was rather skimpy as only waffles no eggs or bacon or sausage was available. I guess this is on weekends. Days M to F not sure.

Property ok. Nice suite. Nice beds, warm blankets, nice pillows. Bedding not prepped; looked slepped in. Shower dripped all night. Toilet handle sticking but flushed. No toilet paper dispenser. Breakfast?

Hotel was okay. Decent for a quick sleep while passing through but not for extended stays. Breakfast was not worth staying for either, out of everything.

Bathroom is dirty, hair in tub, no shower curtain, but wouldn’t use it if there was bc it’s dirty

When we came to check in the guy behind the desk had his ear buds in and was on the phone with someone. Clearly not a customer. I asked him if the room had two double beds and he said yes. He checked us into a king room. So I went back and this time he took off his ear bud and got us the correct room. In the room, the toilet was extremely loose.

When we went into our room, we found out that basically nothing worked in it. Most lights, tv, etc. we were quickly upgraded to a bigger room, so pleased about that. The breakfast was essentially nonexistent. We were handed frozen breakfast sandwiches, which we decided to hand back.

I needed and booked a hotel with a full breakfast included. After 13 hours on the road I arrived at the hotel and was informed that they were renovating and the hot breakfast consisted of a frozen egg muffin sandwich and an receipt were differentpractically empty/cold coffee urn. What a rip-off!! To make matters worse, the amount Expedia charged and the hotel receipt were different. I will be disputing this stay with Expedia.

Overall, ok. 2 night stay for racing. Still undergoing renovations which looking at past reviews has been happening for a while. There is NO breakfast as advertised not even a granola bar so don’t expect any. We were on the renovated floor. It was clean, the bed was sufficient and it did have a small fridge and microwave. Towels were minimal but refreshed after the first night. The in room coffee was not. You don’t get any extras but for the price it was a decent stay.

We were given the wrong room when we arrived. We were assigned to another room. In that room, there was a worker fixing the TV. After some time, he was asked to leave so we could go to bed. In the morning, we discovered that there were no towels in the room so we had to go to the front desk for them. They clearly weren’t prepared.

Front had issue with computer. He doesn't have any customer service skills. Front door was broken. Management needs to train staff and facility needs alot of work very trashy people and place.

Apparently there is a renovation taking place. There was no vending machines. The free breakfast was a frozen sandwich, still in the package, and had mold on it

This hotel is going thru a renovation and perhaps because of this we were upgraded to a lovely spacious suite. We stayed one night with our dog and were delighted to find a park with trails less than 5 minutes drive south. Breakfast was basic, we had coffee in our room

We were happily surprised by a newly remodeled room! It was beautiful and super clean. The lobby was being remodeled so there wasn’t a full breakfast, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Just needed somewhere to sleep.

The website should have said the whole property is under construction. Only room on the 4th floor which meant not pet friendly. Really disappointed.

We booked online. When we got there a few hours later, the room had been used and not cleaned. Bed had been used and not changed, trash in waste basket. And no electricity in the room except for bathroom light. We could wait for them to clean the room and get a handyman to see if he could get electricity working. At 8:30 PM!! Not what we needed after a long day of driving with another one to go. We went to the desk for a refund so we could leave and book a different room. Worst check in experience we have ever had!

The property is being renovated. Our rooms had fresh carpet, paint, very clean.

Was not the room I booked, had a huge hole cut out of the wall with exposed plumbing pipes about knee level (I was traveling with a toddler). Tv didn’t work, neither did half of the electric outlets

The hotel is under renovation and the smell of paint was very strong. There was supposed to be breakfast but they only had granola bars. There was one coffee pot but it was empty. Very disappointing over all. Won’t be staying there again.

They were in the middle of rebuilding the motel. It would’ve been nice to know before we made a reservations. The pool was closed.

Major remodeling. Top floors 3 and 4 are newly renovated. Lobby and floor 2 are not available due to remodeling. Didn't have toilet paper in the room.

My husband reported that he found bedbugs in the bed and the person at the front desk simply stated he would tell someone without any concern for the issue.

We checked-in at Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel (2802 S Main Street, Elk City, OK 73644) at 11:30pm on Fri, Jun 30, 2023 and checked out 7:30am on Sat, Jul 1, 2023. Room booked through Expedia under a name - Lacie Cupani. We continued our trip to NM. Around 10am on July 1st, 2023, I started to feel pain on skin of my back behind my right arm. My husband has taken photos at 10am on July 1st, I took 2nd photo at 1:30am on July 2nd . FIVE (5) red spots on my back near right arm. And also few tiny red spots are on left forearm close to my left elbow. They are slightly itching. I have also red spots on right cheek. Either hotel don't changed bedsheets or it is completely bed bugs infestations or both! Health Department shall obligate full cleaning up and we are demanding a full refund and will report to our attorney. I don't know what kind infection I got from this hotel and bed bugs. I cannot sleep right now normally as I was, feel tiredness, feel a pain and itchy skin, and a severe constant pain in my left elbow from July 2nd till today July 5th, 2023. All our Retreat trip japardazed. Health Department shall obligate hotels to stop being pet friendly! Hotels are for humans not canine families. Dogs and cats shall be placed in shelters or keep in the cars of their respective owners.

Was under construction , so there was no furniture in the lobby. The so called breakfast food was the cheapest, unhealthy food available. Their was no mention of the construction on line. Awful.

The room was very clean and looked new. The hotel was dirty and old but being worked on. The breakfast was just a few prepackaged goods and fruit. Drinks were water and coffee. Pool is broken and closed. Not worth the price.
