The location is convenient to New Delhi Railway Station and a short walk or tuk tuk ride to Connaught Place. The hotel is good value for money - clean, comfortable rooms with useful amenities but few unnecessary luxuries. The breakfast was quite tasty. The staff was quite helpful, providing recommendations for the area (e.g., what you should pay for tuk tuk ride to Jamba Masjid) and booking a taxi for an early morning train trip from NHZ Railway Station. Would recommend for anyone who wants to see Old Delhi.

The hotel is in Paharganj almost facing NDRS. The neighborhood doesn’t seem safe at all. So much pollution too. Next time I’ll book in a better zone of Delhi. I really didn’t feel comfortable around.

Room was good. Also deck. But I could not take my guest s for the meeting on the deck. Restaurant was also not ready and was unclean. So were made to sit in the makeshift lounge where ACs did not work!!!

What i liked the most at Bloomsroom were the people! The hotel manager and the staff were very kind and helpful. This hotel is one block away from the busiest train station in the country, so it's very very busy; but it's definitely a very Delhi experience.

It is noisy all night and all day.

Had a good stay for 2 nights. The room was small but had everything we needed. Only downside was the temple across the street that started playing music early in the morning, but I guess you can get that at most places.

Central location very close to New Delhi Railway, Connaught Place and also Old Delhi. Very friendly and helpful staff, we were supported in the airport transfer and other small things. Rooms were okay, Wi-Fi is working well, negative was only that the air in the room was very wet. Area around the hotel is very lively and loud, if you are in India for the first time, you will get to know the country in a very extreme way.

Excellent customer service, the pay later (in-person) option was useful for us, our room was very clean and well maintained, staff was cordial and willing to help us upon request, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet - the food was very good and offered a decent variety of options, bottled water is provided, and coffee/tea stations in each floor, their room service menu is also very good - we enjoyed a delicious dinner on one of our nights. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great for our purposes. The manager was very kind and receptive and provided us with some travel options. We also booked our trips to Agra and Jaipur with them. Both trips over the course of two days were for the most part a positive experience - mainly due to our driver’s superb customer service and care (if you get Prem, you will not be disappointed). We preferred the tour guide that we got for Jaipur (Singh) - he was kind and patient (great photographer btw) and was willing to let us take in the experience rather than rushing us through it. Also, provided us with a wealth of information. The tour guide that we got for Agra was not very pleasant, the experience seemed kind of rushed - seemed like he was in a hurry and wanted us to skip everyone else which ended up upsetting other folks on the line for the Taj Mahal. Overall, we recommend this place. The manager is flexible and transparent about the process. He will draw up a contract with you. Our recommendation is to ask a lot of questions!

The staff at Bloomrooms are kind and helpful. If you are arriving or going anywhere from 4-6 on the traffic can be very difficult, avoid traveling to and from the hotel at that time.The transportation arranged via the hotel was also helpful and reliable

Clean property but noisy. Arrived at 3am, lots of noise outside on the street which continued all through the night and gradually got louder. Maybe there are quieter parts of the hotel, if so i suggest requesting this in advance!

Nice 3 star hotel near New Delhi Railway Station. Room was rather small but all necessities are available. Room was clean and shower was working great. Breakfast was in a smaller room for which cleanliness and amount of choice can be improved. Personnel was very friendly and accommodating, only odd thing was that they decided to deactivate the key card in the middle of our stay.

One of the best guest experiences I’ve had while traveling.

This was a very clean and nice hotel a few steps away from New Delhi Station. Because of that, taxis and ubers take a while to get here due to the traffic in the vicinity. The staff and food at the place are great.
