Excellent value chain hotel. Lady who runs breakfast is personable and does a great job.

We had to change rooms 2 times! Sheets were dirty in the 1st room, 2nd room wasn't even clean!! 3rd room the deadbolt on the door did not line up with the plate on the door jamb, so couldn't lock the door overnight! The day clerk at the desk said they had done some renovations recently so that is why that was off! Probably won't stay there again! The night cleck was super nice and understanding about having to change rooms!! They have great people on their front desk staff maybe need to do some work with their cleaning staff!!!

The front desk was very friendly & knowledgeable about the city about what to do good places to eat. The room was nice but could have been a little cleaner, need to do a better job vacuuming & cleaning the bathroom

Fridge and toilet weren't cleaned very well and the hardboiled eggs at breakfast wouldn't peel, fruit looked sad.
Other than that, it was great. You can definitely hear neighbors getting ready in the morning though. Shower, talking, etc

The place was clean. We only stayed one night and left pretty early so I don’t know about the area. The only complaint I have about the room was the bathroom is VERY SMALL!! You literally could not open or close the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. You had to stand to the side to close the door.

Our room was very clean and the amenities were very nice. Breakfast was good and the service at the front desk and all around was excellent. Would stay here again.

Room was dirty. It had been minimally cleaned but carpet was dirty, floors were sticky, bathroom areas had layer of grime and there was used coffee in the coffee maker. Won’t stay again. On a positive note, Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked good!

Bathroom had not been cleaned, toilet was very dirty and shower ledge was filthy dirty, hair on the floor. Very little food available for breakfast.

There are much better options for same price range out there. Door to room had to be slammed shut numerous times in order to close and lock it. Air conditioner under window soaked the carpet all around. No microwave in room. I will not stay there again and really makes me wonder about any Hampton or Hilton.

The room clearly was not cleaned the sink still had toothpaste in it and men’s facial hair. The bath tub was dirty as well poop marks in the toilet. The bed was questionable weather the sheets had been changed. The pillows looked like someone had just laid down on the bed. The staff stands out front smoking so you walk thru there smoke to get into the building. It was extremely noisy as well. The shade in our room had little holes in it. We would have asked to change rooms but they were sold out. Do not stay here!

I liked that it was close to where I needed to go during this trip. The staff was kind when I checked in and out and the room was very nice and clean.

Check in was not smooth, seemed to be some computer issues. Room was clean, but lacking a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast area was clean and stocked. Staff was very friendly when we checked out early due to weather.

Pool was closed didn’t say on website. Very inconvenient for us. No shade curtain so bright lights and sun bright I asked for a curtain girl at front desk said hang a sheet? This is not what we paid for we had to book somewhere else for a pool very difficult at last minute

Disappointed the pool was closed and it was not mentioned at check in. No microwave in our room, but party we traveled with did have one. Room was 47° when we got there, had to turn on the heat and it took forever to warm up. Struggled to keep the room at 70° once it warmed up to that. Staff was helpful in providing additional items needed, breakfast was kept stocked. Adjustable shower head is nice, good water pressure.

When I called to confirm my room they could not find my reservation I was told they had to go through every reservation because they could not look up with the itinerary # only by my name. Was not told that the pool and the hot tub were under renovations guess I should have asked. Walked in my room there was a peanut and hair on top of the heater. The room has no microwave or curtains. It did have a see through pull down shade that the lights from outside shined right through. The staff was very friendly considering the fact that they had to tell people with children that came for the gymnastics meet that there was no pool

Only reason we stayed here was for the hot tub. No one told us it was out of service until we were in our suits at the entrance of the pool are to find renovations in progress. There were obviously intoxicated people loitering at the front door smoking and pacing. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee was either empty or cold.

It would have been nice to have been informed that the pool and hot tub were not working that was why we picked this place
