The sheets still smelled like the previous client's cologne. The tub's drain was rusted out and the water wouldn't stop dripping. I was just passing through, but I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

When we got to our room it was so dirty. The floor had a white sticky film all over it and the tv didn’t work. We requested a different room and they moved us, but it still wasn’t a room worth $150.

The hotel pics are misleading- the rooms ate outdated and in disrepair, but they were clean enough. The hallway has some strong odor, the pool area didnt actually have a working slide, and the breakfast left a lot to be disered. The check in process was very easy, the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfy!

My family and I needed a place to rest for the night after our long trip from Texas. We looked for options that were pet friendly as well as a spot that had a pool for our kids. The fact that they had a pool with a slide was definitely an added bonus! However when we showed up, the slide was broken which was a let down. Things break so can’t hold that against them. Unfortunately the hallways near our room wreaked of marijuana. Then upon entering our room we were hit with an incredibly strong odor of spices and mold. The bathroom tub did actually have mold inside of it and around the edges. The tv would consistently freeze up out of nowhere so we just ended up turning it off. Most of the lamps did not work, some of the power outlets had no power coming out of them, and there were ants crawling on the wall near the trash bin which we did not notice until morning time when there was more lighting in the room. On a positive side, there was plenty of parking for our suv hauling a trailer, the food we ordered from the bar there was very fulfilling, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The beds were also quite comfortable! Overall our stay was okay, the place could use a major upgrade as it does have potential. The odor of spices, mold, and marijuana, as well as having ants in our room however would be our main reason for not booking again with them. Great people though! That much is certain, but improvements need to be made. Thanks for reading! Safe travels yall

Old and Run down

Stayed at this hotel with the idea of allowing the children to enjoy the water slide in the pool. Booked our room after speaking with someone at the hotel and acquired about the slide and was told yes, everything was as it should be. When we arrived the slide was roped off and we were told that it was out of order. This was the entire reason for booking this facility as it was more expensive than others in this area. Our room in the second floor had a view of the rooftop littered with trash. Area under the bed has not been vacuumed in some time as lots of stuff there. Breakfast was fine.

The bathtub surround had mold and cracks, the room was so muggy the carpet felt damp and dirty, the beds were hard, drink people talking extremely loud and profanity in the dining area, 4:30am doors in the hallway were being slammed. When asking the staff how to find my room he just points at a map but made sure to point out where breakfast is located with a visual. Which I won't even talk about how that was. I did clean the counters, toasters(didn't even use) but someone left bagels in them. I think the $77/night hotel would have been better.

It was a very "dated" property. Our bathroom was dirty, the plug in the tub was broken and the shower was hard to turn on properly. The hotel hallways smelled like a dairy barn. We were disappointed by the condition of the pool area as well.

Run down area but room was very nice. Sue at the front desk was fantastic!

We arrived with 6 people to a room with 2 queen beds and that was it. They blamed hotel.com for putting 6 people in that room that should of only had 4 people maximum. Thanks hotels.com for a losey stay!!!!!

It was a good stay in the hotel. The family enjoyed swimming and watching TV and relaxing in the air condition. It was a nice quick stay and we enjoyed it. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Staff were exceptional. This was a problem when I arrived . Hotel. Com stated booked. Upon arrival I learned that the system did not show the reservation and the hotel was full. Night staff went above and beyond to try to accommodate me. It had been a long day of driving and I appreciate everything they did to rectify the hotel.com booking error.

Stay overall was good. Only problem I had was there was no elevator and was placed on the second floor and had to take my luggage upstairs. I don’t think I’ll stay there again unless I have a room on the bottom floor.

The waterslide and pool were great! The room was sufficient for a quick stay on our way through town.

This hotel is a dump! I’m pretty sure some friends and drinkers at the bar made the other reviews, or were paid. It’s a nasty place. I almost just forfeited my paid reservation and slept in my truck. I arrived at 1am and was going to be leaving at 7 am ,my little boy really needed a bed, we had already driven 15 hours this day, and still have another 10 to go. I wont be staying here on my way back home for sure. The guy who checked us in was a ass****.He was very rude and probably the most unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered at hotel. If this is common for Baymont Inn, I’ll be skipping them in the future.

The place was under construction, it was basically a Quality Inn with the Baymont name on it. the beds have not been changed yet, OLD BEDS the furniture is old, the parking lot was unsafe. Had a channel cut across the pavement you can trip and fall

Check in staff was friendly. Room was clean but a little dated. Pool area was clean, but also a little dated. Breakfast buffet was a little sparse and the food was not refilled when it ran out an hour before closing.

The hotel is old and run down, though they are in process of remodeling. The pool/water park was closed. Furnishings were old and beat up. Recliner would not close. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is under construction, I’m assuming a renovation. The lobby looks wonderful, our room smelled like urine as we were in a “pet room”. I shouldn’t have even said anything. My dogs don’t piss in hotel rooms but being put in one where dogs had was gross. We asked for a rollaway bed as it was my husband, myself and my stepson. Got the rollaway at no charge as there was only a king bed in the room but it came with only a sheet, no blanket. Where is the common sense? There is no extra blanket in the room so it clearly needed one. Overall would not stay again. Felt dirty when we left the room

The room was very clean and comfortable. When checking in, we were able to change our room to ground floor instead of 2nd floor. This was very helpful.

Room was very basic. Bed felt like a pull out sofa bed. Bathroom didn’t have any amenities-no body wash in shower and only a small dove bar of soap at sink. Employees were friendly. Hotel seemed dated, not very appealing. Price was reasonable, and that’s why we chose it

Tv would take forever to come on. The mattress was uneven
