Very disappointed 😔 while checking in the staff was very rude. Wouldn’t even look at me and had an earbud in ear. My daughter was getting ready for college and we saw we could get a discount. When I asked about it I was told that I can’t receive discount because I “didn’t do it right” with no other explanation. Pool was also closed and wasn’t notified about this at all.very disappointed and will not stay here again

I stay at Holiday inn Express's a lot. I really like them. This one was terrible. Very out dated and carpet was horrible. I would not return ever.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Good location. Pool was closed. Breakfast was free but just OK. Rooms not very well insulated, I could hear people walking on the floor above my room and the shower next door. I am nitpicking somewhat. The hotel was good and I would stay there again.

The overall stay was well. The pool and hot tub were out of service and drained. There was nothing indicating this. We picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub.

We had three families with a quick overnight on our way to glacier. Check-in was quick, rooms were clean, and free breakfast was avail before we headed out for the day. Great stay!

Obviously gets a lot of traffic, exterior appearance was decent, interior showed wear and appeared a bit dingy. Close to the interstate but surprisingly not as noisy as I had worried. Staff was average, not terribly welcoming or going above but not rude. Possibly needing some plumbing repairs as the cold shower at 8am was not appreciated.

Room was below expectation - linen felt quite „wett“ due to climate condition an heavy cooling down aircondition - toilet was not fully functional: had to open the tank cover to trigger filling it every second flush or so… Breakfast was good and attended - so, someone took care of filling up eveyithing! Appreciated that!

Sadly disappointed with this Hotel. Now I know it's hard to find good help these days but WOW... Check in was awful and I immediately did not want to stay here. Pretty sure hotels are still in the hospitality business right? I do not have enough space here to list everything. No greeting, the front desk guy just looked at me like why are you here? No info about hotel amenities ,no direction to our room, he just took the cc and id and had me sign the paper and gave us a key. Room was dusty and hair in the shower, screen had a hole in it. Hot tub and pool out of order. Elevator had fingerprints everywhere and the carpet was dirty. There is more but I'm done. Too bad you go vacation and cannot enjoy the stop for the night because of a bad hotel stay

We intentionally picked a hotel with a pool because we planned to go swimming, but we were not informed upon making reservations that the pool would not be available. Had I know that the pool wasn’t able to be used, I would have picked a different hotel. Another reason for my low review is that the carpet felt almost sticky under my feet, which made me question the cleanliness of the hotel. And to top it off, we found a random pill on the floor of our room. I’m glad we found it and not a child.

It was quiet and in a convenient location. The bed was extra plush and not comfortable at all. The shower pressure and water temp was horrible. Overall, it did the job for my one night stay. I would not stay here again if I were in the area.

Booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1,i know i am out of the $$,Booked hotel because my 5 year old wanted to swim,pool was closed,would of been useful if they let people know

I understood there was a pet allowed as i inquired the day before. When I arrived they said no pets and since I prepaid with Expedia they said I had to get my $ back from you. Please refund my money! We are now at the Comfort Inn and being elderly and on Social Security we are on a limited income. Help!

We had a view of the rooftop. The air conditioner unit was very loud. The fridge in the breakfast area was not cold this morning and the temperature inside read almost 60. 😮 I went to the front desk and when I told her she said they were having problems with it. I asked her for two yogurts from the kitchen fridge. The fridge needs to be in top shape and the temperature checked. This is a concern.

The stay was okay. The pool was closed that whole week. The breakfast was bad, they had no pancakes or waffles for us to make. The fitted sheets on the bed keep rolling up as soon as you layed in the bed. The pillows where awesome. We ran out of toilet paper.

Never going to stay in this hotel, the carpet was nasty, the bedroom wasn’t like the post the swimming pool looks like was close for months because it has a lot of mold 👎👎👎
