Great little hotel. Near trusted money exchanger Circle K, Carla spa, great restaurants around Sammy’s, Bali Aussie, fat Buddha, la Monde and close to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great value for money. Had a pool access room. Honestly one of the best locations from kuta to seminyak. Heaps of stuff to do. Aussie bar for footy within 50m. Decent shopping and heaps of restaurant's and beach warung / bars. Loved it.

It was a nice hotel a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. For us, being senior, we preferred the quieter vibe of Ubud but Legian has its advantages being close to the airport. We missed out on our 3nd day breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at 6.00 am. We did arrange for them to make us a breakfast box and leave it at reception to take with us, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Maybe a language issue?!! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We had some issues with keycards not working and the safe didn't work either. We had to lock our valuables in our suitcase!

Property was great & clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Food was delicious 😋. Great location. Our only issue was the bed in our particular room wasn’t very comfy, quite hard compared to what we are use too. Our friends bed next door was so much better.

Lovely clean, modern hotel, with all the amenties you need in a room. Very helpful friendly staff. The pool is very shaded but on very hot days it is nice to be out of the heat. There is a back gate to the beach down a gang. I didnt feel safe using this so cut through Away Camilka and Jayakarta hotels. I loved beibg able to chill out in my room and watch my favourite Netflix shows on the smart tv.

We had a wonderful week at Ossotel last week. Great spot, lovely pool area and the beautiful beach and umbrellas a short walk.
The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

The shower and sink didn’t drain properly. The hotel was clean but showing some aging and needs some renovation. I have breakfast at the restaurant and they were always fantastic. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful.

This hotel is good enough, very clean room, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast in a restaurant. Beach is close to hotel walk in about. 2 minutes.

Its a great hotel for the price food in the hotel restaurantis not of a high standard we ate at alternative hotels near the beach location central to most places if into walking.Would consider staying again.
Friendly guests who stated have stayed at the hotel many time in the past.
Pool and room excellent with netflix if you have an account. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.
Staff wonderful meeting all your needs may this be airport transfer private driver for day tours or towel for the pool.
Only issue is we broke a glass and required to pay when leaving.

The only down fall was the pool was very warm
so not really refreshing after a day of shopping but it just is what it is out of the hotels control
Highly recommend the rooms down on ground floor u walk out ur balcony and straigt into the pool good setup

Loved this hotel it was nice and quiet, we had a down stairs room that opened up to the pool,so we used the pool a lot ,the bathroom was lovely & staff were fantastic

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Phenomenal !!! Nice quiet, clean, modern, convenient, friendly, awesome place, and very reasonably priced. One thing they could do to improve would be to not hear the pool (too hot and not refreshing) and put shade over the pool, especially the little kids pool, but that’s it! 10/10 otherwise. Even for a birthday cake!!! Highly recommend if wanting to stay in Legian.

Lovely 6 night stay at the Ossotel. This is our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. We had a pool access room which we loved. The room is cool, clean and comfortable with good air con and wifi. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The location is great with easy access to everything including a very short stroll to the beach. Would stay again.

Our air conditioning filter in our room was absolutely disgusting. My partner had to clean it. The floors were stained and black mould on the tiles near bathroom. The glass in showers were not clean or our toilet. Also if your in bed by 10.30 bring earplugs because there’s a band on next door.

Our group were extremely impressed with the excellent service from all staff. The property was beautiful and clean and we loved our pool access rooms. We were ripped off by a money changer and they helped us without any fuss. We will definitely be back.

A little disappointing. Not as clean as it looks. No sun on the pool .Most of the hotel under renovation. We paid good money before covid ,so most people got it cheaper than us .Breakfast just ordering, if you wanted something different than the 4 choices ,you had to pay extra. Overall we don't think we will be back
