A quite nice hotel, but
- the standard room was not 35 m2 as it said at hotels.com but half the size
- the bed was uncomfortable so my back hurt
- the English TV-channels were few
- the desk was full of marks
- the breakfast could have been better with more options
- the shutters were closed so there was no view

Hotel was in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The buffet style breakfast with eggs made to order was an excellent option both mornings of our stay. Overall experience was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It is a very nice and small hotel in centrum. Nice and friendly personal.
The traffic around the hotel is intensiv. The big mosque is close to the hotel so you hear the call to prayer very loud.

Room unfortunately was a little too noisy from traffic noise, but that may have been because of the side of the building we stayed at & you’ll always get traffic noise when staying most cities.

Everything was good. There is no temporary parking to unload luggage, so be prepared to stop on a busy while unloading. Easy public parking underground within 3 mins of walking. It was very hot outside (37C) during our stay and hotel lobby and stairs were very warm. Room AC was able to keep room cool after we had it running continuously for 24hrs. Breakfast was good. Staff is very friendly.

We booked a stay for three nights through Expedia. After two nights, we had to move to a smaller room, as the hotel claimed the original room was needed otherwise. We did not get a refund for the price difference, and we never received a written confirmation about the situation from them, which we could have sent to Expedia, although we were promised multiple time that we get one "later".
We then also complained about this to Expedia, and the hotel never responded to them either.
So the hotel is okay as long as all goes well, but you get no support in case of problems. I suggest you book elsewhere.

It was our first time in Tirana and we did speak the language well. The staff were very patient with us and very accommodating to us. Bessa in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful and made our stay that much better. We also very much enjoyed the bar on the fourth level was very comfortable with nice views of the city.

It was a very nice room. Plenty big and well appointed. Quite relaxing after a week of traveling and somewhat simpler accommodations. Breakfast and cappuccinos were also varied and delicious.

The MonarC Hotel is a charming, small property that provides clean and comfortable rooms and dining facilities. The ladies who provided us with breakfast were very sweet and took care of us, providing us with eggs cooked perfectly and delicious cappuccinos. The hotel is in the most convenient location and walkable to everything that we wanted to see. We also absolutely loved the rooftop terrace, where we could enjoy our late afternoon drinks while looking at the new mosque across the street and the beautiful city of Tirana. The value provided by this hotel is amazing and we would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Tirana, a city we completely loved!

The MonarC is a lovely small hotel ideally situated to many of Tirana's main attractions. The staff is friendly and professional and made us feel right at home. I was having issues communicating with a restaurant we were trying to go to, and the front desk helped out by making a call and clarifying our options. Great service. Will definitely stay there again.

Good location near Skanderbeg Square and lively Blloku. Traffic noise level during weekend kept me awake at times. Reception staff very helpful but we’re not always able to find specific bars / locations when asked . Very comfortable bed and spacious room.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and located in a nice area. At the hotel had a restaurant, where tasty and varied breakfast were served. On the top floor was a nice bar with a view over the area. My room was large, clean and quiet, the shower was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel again.

Fine hotel, and 4 Albanien stars. Bed in room 302 was totalt flat, and must be changed. Walter at rooftop bar couldn`t speak english, didn`t know the menucard or the prices. Wanted to charge us 3500 lek for one glas of Wine (cheap type) very Strange. Otherwise a fine hotel in Tirana , good nabourhood, Friendly and helpful reception

The roof-top garden/bar was a relaxing place to spend time at the end of the day and after dinner. My room was cleaned daily. Nice towels and toiletries. I use the laundry service three times during my stay. Actually, I stayed there from June 25 through Julyy 16. The staff arranged car and driver tours for me. They also arranged for my Covid-19 test before departure and got me to the airport for my 4:35 a.m. flight. The location is excellent--walking to churches, mosque, main square. Restaurants two minutes from the hotel.

Great customer service. We were treated like family. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Restaurant had good menu and really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Elevator convenient for large loads and people who are unable to do stairs. Central location made it with I walking distance to many sites. Very highly recommended!

This is a small and very cozy hotel in the center, close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. The room was very comfortable and large. The bathroom is large and has a jacuzzi which I will use the next time. The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are quiet. The hotel has a small restaurant with a good menu and at request the staff will prepare as well other food. The breakfast is excellent (you cna get any type of egg how you want). I will return for sure.
