The air conditioning is more like an air filter. It was hot each night and the alley noise prevented peaceful sleep. The shower rose was not fixed to the wall so we had to use the community shower although we had paid for a private bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located and in easy reach of the old city. The room was very basic, but clean and staff were friendly and happy to help. The bed was very uncomfortable and small. A basic room in good location.

Shower and air conditioning were inadequate. Hand held shower rose and the air conditioning was only minimal so the rooms at night were very hot. Due to external noise opening the windows was not feasible.

The pension is just within the lively area of Santa Cruz with wonderful tapas bars and Flamenco shows around. It was a challenge to find the Hop on Hop off bus. Tickets sold everywhere but You need to find your way to the tower beside the river.

The hotel is located conveniently to restaurants and attractions; the staff was very friendly and helpful. However I was in a ground floor room not bigger than a large closet in much need of updating. It was noisy; had very little room for my luggage; a musty odor; and no place to put toiletries in the shower. A let down especially after the wonderful room I had for the same price in Cordoba where I had just arrived from.

The hotel location is perfect, smack in the middle of downtown Seville, with many restaurants and shopping options—a walkable distance from most attractions. However, as expected from such hotels, the rooms are tiny, with no facilities and average cleanliness.

The location is the best, super close to the city center and to many restaurants and clubs.
The structure and the rooms nothing special, we had a room with private bathroom and there was a very bad smell coming out the bathroom during our stay. The room was small and with a window that didn´t work very well. The cleaning is ok but again, it can be improved.

It is a very old building, with humidity and little ventilation. The hot water did not work well, they changed our room and the same thing happened in the other, later they said that they would compensate us and after leaving the hotel they do not take care of anything.

The property is older and you get what you pay for it is clean rooms are small . It’s very noisy you can hear other people in the building and outside at night as their is a passage way that runs along it. It’s on the edges of the old city and we got ourselves lost quite a few times.

Excellent location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Julia even went the extra mile and helped me carry the luggage. The room was clean and big. We even had a small balcony! Very good price for a centrally located and clean hostel!

Really hard check in.
They asking deposid money for staying but rooms are already really old and bad conditions already alost was broken for example door handle,etc.For this kind of condition asking deposid money its so weird.And difficult comminication no english.Even asking my deposid money back i tried to explain almost half an hour.staff are no helpful at all.Idont recommended at all.
