The owners took care of us from the moment we arrived early to extending our stay, all of which were seamless. They recommended things to do and places to stay. The breakfast was amazing!Personally created daily, and served in a very timely manner. We even had my second daughter and boyfriend come for breakfast on 2 of the mornings.Safety is a priority for the hosts which is key to a relaxing holiday.

If I go to Vancouver again, I will live here again. It is pretty good.

Owners were lovely :) Was easy to find and quite clean . Would have liked a variety for breakfasts , we stayed four days. Bed was a tad hard , we prefer it to be a bit softer but that's just us. Over all we would stay again , was very nice!

A few days before our stay we got the codes to get into the B&B and our room. When we arrived, we had no problem finding the place, parking, getting in, and finding our room. The room was immaculate with a larger than expected bathroom (we had two sinks and a large soaking tub) as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker and tea selection (there was more tea and coffee selections in the kitchen area). The bed was quite comfortable and both of us got a great night sleep. Breakfast was delicious, they had organic Irish Steel Cut Oats out with toppings and the entree was a hot baked egg dish. They handled my dietary restriction brilliantly (which is always a stressful part of travel for me). Randy served breakfast and have us ideas of things to do and see. He was very friendly and informative. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely stay here again as well as recommending them to our friends.

Beds are so so so comfy! No problem getting a good night's sleep even being away from home.

We had a comfortable stay at the Granville B & B. The lady was very friendly. The place was quiet and we liked that. It is convenient with the key code for entry. We stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Granville House. We arrived early and Randy suggested a wonderful lunch option located within a beautiful public park. We would not have discovered either on our own, so our visit to Vancouver got off to a very cool start. Granville House, and our room were exceptional, and the breakfast each morning was simple, nutritious and delicious. My wife and I had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

If anyone want to use public transportation such as sky train, then he/she has to walk more than 30 minutes or has to use two different buses.

The front rooms face a very busy and noisy road. i found it impossible to sleep with earplugs and a pillow over my head. Another guest complained about the noise, but got some medical cannabis so she could sleep.

The house was clean and well cared for. Location was good for us being close to the Vancouver Canadians stadium. The price was reasonable.

It was pleasant stay. The service was really good, especially breakfast was amazing. Easy to get to Granville island and relatively close to the airport. Great experience and hope to stay there again :)

Especially enjoyed the Alder Master. Very comfortable bed, great bedding. Would definitely book again.

Surprisingly lovely BB in Vancouver. Way more than the photos tell. Lots of traffic outside, but with the room facing the garden, it was very quiet. Very comfy bed. Nice staff, and super breakfast. Regrett we could not stay there for more than one night.

Yummy breakfasts. Great location. Front room had traffic noise if window was open but very quiet if closed. If you are not familiar with Vancouver, the host is a fantastic source of info and could give some great suggestions about the area.

This was my second stay at the Granville House, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful room, great location for me with respect to the family that I was visiting, lovely breakfast. I look forward to my next stay.

We were visiting family in the area and this B & B was handy for taking the bus either to visit our family or to go to downtown Vancouver. We felt at home here. Our bedroom faced a busy street, and the window was not very air-tight so there was a fair bit of road noise and it was quite cold. Our room and bathroom was ready for some paint touchups and the bathroom needed some attention (missing towel rack and grout needed attention) The bedding is luxurious and the bed comfortable. The dining area and sitting area on the main floor are very nice and the breakfasts good. Claude was very friendly and helpful.

We were very happy staying here. Not only did it meet all of our expectations and more, Claude was beyond helpful with all of his suggestions for maximizing our time In Vancouver. Our trip was wonderful and comfortable.
