Nice, clean and helpful staff.

The size and arrangement of the rooms was excellent. The hospitality was also amazing, the staff were so helpful. It was in a safe and quiet area, once we found it down a side street, by the water. Everything was provided, that we needed.

ASURE was a great location. Beautiful view of the bay and an easy walk to the downtown restaurant locations. Kathy checked us in and answered all of our questions. She was great!

Lovely motel in Tauranga with plenty of space to spread out. The owner was very friendly and offered some great advice about the area. Short drive over to Mt Maunganui, which is where we found the better restaurants and beach vibe.

Very pleasant visit.A big plus was a washing machine and dryer we could use. It’s also isolated but close to a lot of things

Staff, property, facilities all excellent. Highly recommended

The owners of the property are terrific! Kathee and Bronwyn go out of their way to welcome you and show your room to you. They also have great suggestions for places to eat and go to. The laundry is on the property not in your apartment but great to have it and laundry soap is included. The units have kitchenettes and good supplies. You can use the kayaks or paddle board on the water. There is a great park next door for walking, mini golf or fun kid activities. I felt at home there. The only drawback was the traffic noise but I was able to use the fan to drown out the noise and the property is older but I believe they are refreshing it. Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Thanks to the ladies!

Everything was so well thought out to make the guests comfortable. Very, very, nice!

Loud and talkative children in a nearby apartment kept us awake longer than we would have preferred, but the managers took immediate action when I provided feedback the next morning and in fact indicated I should have advised them immediately. Otherwise this was the best apartment we have stayed in during our eight nights so far while on holidays in New Zealand. It's in a great location. The apartment was modern, large, clean and well appointed, We couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Great spot right on the water. Free parking is always a bonus. Lovely room. Lots of space. Great bed and a huge tv. Foxtel channels. Very good price I thought. Check in was fun, absolutely lovely ladies, friendly and funny, very helpful. The dog wasn’t much help though 😉. Definitely stay again.

Staff is very nice. (and legend runner!) Room is a little old but very clean lovely and silent. I recommend here.

It was clean and quiet and has a nice location. The view was nice and beds are comfortable. The shower is just a little small, but it gets the job done.
