The facility’s were excellent and we are still talking about the stay excellent after a big day out.Fresh towels a spa bath and somewhere to chill out when we got back.

Had 1 clean from housekeeping, who done a pretty good, job, the 2nd clean , on 3rd day, came and just changed the towels

The staff were lovely helpful and pleasant. The unit was cleaned daily to a high standard. We had sky TV with many channels not just one sport channel which is common

Cooking facilities were minimal but the offer was there to provide a hot plate and pots if requested. So not really a problem. It was noisy at night with the traffic

Tea & Coffee making facility was ok; water pressure in shower good; Quiet from other guests in the night. Management helpful and pleasant.

The room was spartanic fitted out - 'just enough' of whatever they promised to provide. - done on a very economical basis and very basic. For a 4 star Motel I had expected a better standard and quality of fixtures and fittings.

the room was really nice and clean the spa bath was amazing. not to mention the service was very well and friendly after a 4.5hr travel from Taranaki a friendly face is just what you need 😁

Very comfortable and roomy. Good facilities and close to shopping and the golf course I was playing at. Staff were very helpful and obliging.

The noise!!! I'm not used to the incessant noise from the nearby road and rail line.

The place was beautifully clean and was great value for money. the location was also very handy to both Mt Maunganui and Tauranga. John (manager) was awesome and very friendly and helpful.

This won't be an issue for most people but I live in the country so I found the location being right next to the road and railway was much noisier than I had expected. I still managed to get a good sleep though as the bed was super comfy.
