Hotel itself was super nice. Area around it wasn’t the best, but I still felt safe. Went for a concert at citifield. It is technically walkable, but we opted to take the subway which was definitely the better choice. Everyone from the concert was headed back to Manhattan, so our train was pretty empty. Making it a decent ride there and back.

Nice. Close to CitiField. The air conditioning was weak and the free breakfast was interesting but indeed free! I’d stay here again.

My second stay at this hotel. Good location nearing the Subway station and many restaurants & shops. Breakfast was provided but only some very basic items just enough to start the day. Though quite vibrant, the environment surrounding the hotel was not quite pleasant for the smell of sewer in every block! But travelers to this part of NYC should be already aware of this problem.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, the room was nice and clean, the mattress was ok. They have on site valet parking. There is a rooftop bar/restaurant which was very nice with views of Manhattan and CitiField. The included breakfast was good also. Hotel is 10-15 minute walk to CitiField for Mets game.

The property was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and its well situated for arrival and departure at La guardia. The airport shuttle was also fast and right on time.

Close to subway (last stop Flushing/Main St) and LIRR (we used this to get to Moynihan Hall and Amtrak to DC). Great selection of places to eat nearby (esp if you like Asian food). Even though we were close to LaGuardia, air traffic noise was negligible. Staff very nice. Breakfast exceeded expectations! Def would stay again!

Exceeded expectations of what I've experienced in and around New York City, maybe because of the extra distance situated in Flushing. It was fine for my purposes, beautiful room, spacious, great access to Queens and Manhattan (if a little far), could see Citifield out my window.

In the middle of an Asian neighborhood convenient to LaGuardia. Easy access to subways and train. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms small but clean and maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I had to delay my flight a day, which means when I arrive I have to go directly to my rehearsal and unfortunately this hotel doesn't work well with my new schedule. I asked for a refund or a credit voucher (for a future stay) and was told no. I cancelled my reservation in the morning on the day of the planned evening arrival. I understand there are rules but i thought a voucher would be reasonable.

In town to see my Detroit Tigers vs the NY Mets. Clean, modern hotel in the middle of Chinatown! Check-in was easy, my room was HUGE, and had a great view of Citi Field and the distant mid-town skyline. Lots of excellent restaurants & people watching and very close to LaGuardia airport and Citi Field. Only real complaint is I was told by the clerk at check-in that valet parking would be added to my room bill. Fair enough. However when I got my car to leave it wasn't billed so I had to pay the valet company directly with my debt card and they promptly double billed me. After I brought it to their attention they spent 10ish minutes trying to credit it back on to my card but were unable so they gave me cash instead. Other than that I'd stay here again and would also recommend to others.

Super friendly staff, stayed for an early morning flight and used Uber in place of shuttle as it was full. Uber was there within 5 minutes and only took 15 minutes to the airport at 5am.

This hotel was perfect for our visit. Its close to the subway and so many different restaurants. The staff were so nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very quiet even though the area outside is hustling and bustling. Easy walk to the MTA. Staff is also super friendly and professional. My only complaint is when I confirmed an early check-in on the phone before arrival there was no room available. I am a Hyatt member.

Clean, walkable to China Town so there a lot asian restaurants nearby. Shuttle service every hour from and to the airport and breakfast included.
