In dire need of upgrading; fabric on desk chair sloughing off, parking an issue if high occupancy.

Though on the newer side, the room was a bit worn down (e.g. flaking leather on the chair), but good enough. The shower could have used some bleaching to remove a little mildew and the wall a little scrubbing, but they were good enough.

computers were down at the hotel before check in and I was supposed to pay for all 4 rooms upon arrival. The Hotel instead of calling me to ask me if I wanted to pay with that card or pay cash, just ran it through my card and overdrafted my account which I incurred fees for. upon arrival and paying cash(like i would have done), they credited my account back but I am still stuck with overdraft fees. Also when fixing their messup I was double charged tax on one of my 4 rooms which they took off and now 2 weeks later they went ahead and ran on my card without my permission. Great Clean Hotel, Poor experience with payment

My granddaughter is 1 year old walking down the hall and stopped to stick her finger in an uncovered open electrical socket. I believe it was on 2nd floor. We watch her constantly, but it only takes a second.
The pool was foggy and looked dirty.
Staff was nice, but the bed looked like someone sat in the middle of it on arrival.

It is conveniently located off the interstate. There is a gas station/convenience store next door. Lots of food options in the area. Short trip to historic downtown.

My new fav in Springfield! Better value, great location to the Interstate, gas station right next door, great customer service, easy Che KCK-in, tasty breakfast, beautiful room with appliances, big full-length mirror, VERY up to date, luggage carts, etc. Can’t say enuff!!

The Air Conditioner did not work properly in the room, it was hot all night, slept very poorly. Had to set AC to 60 to get some cool air, but only for 2-3 minutes every hour or so. I did complain to the front desk in the morning, but the clerk didn't seem to care.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. They need more than 2 luggage carts available at checkout. Other than those two items, everything else was excellant. Grounds and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was all you would expect and very fresh.

The breakfast area was very nicely done and the lady running it was very plesant and kept everything stocked and clean. The pool was was unkept and had no towels. And the pool itself is in need of a resurfacing. Windows in the pool area need to open to let eyewatering chlorine smell out. The room had hair on the carpet and the shower had mold on the grout and stains on the wall near the toilet.the toilet rocked back and forth. Overall management should have some oversight on these issues. Thank you for asking.

Very country home feeling pool was a tad bit small the tv was an understatement they were small too compared to other places. I’ve been to breakfast was great wished there was more options for food vending machines were a hit and miss most of products were out of stock didn’t really have much to offer with the snack area besides the check in area. Parking was a bit cramped especially if you have a large car bathrooms were modern with classic touches beds was nice and soft pillows was incredibly comfortable I’d rate it a total 4.5 because they have a rule there’s no noise coming in or out rooms at 10pm odd rule within a hotel

Checkin was ok, staff was ok, not very friendly or welcoming. Rooms are updated but worn and floors seem pretty dirty, bathroom isn’t filthy but doesn’t feel pristine either. Just an ok place to stay for a night on your way through.

This hotel is definitely dated. The air conditioner in the room was not great but it would do for one night. For the price, it was decent.

Was told there were no extra towels or pillows available, re-used hand towels to dry after showers and had 1 pillow per guest to use. Room was never cleaned over our 4 night stay. Also some kind of water leak while we were there and so dryers/fans lined the halls.

The hotel seemed like it was updated not too long ago, which was OK. However, it's located right next to a gas station and there was a group of "crotch rocket" motorcycle riders that hung out in the back lot of the station outside our hotel window and they just kept meeting up there and revving their engines. Also a power plant outside the back of the hotel.

The hotel has been remodeled within the past 3 or so years, so it’s fairly updated. My family enjoyed the pool and the self-service breakfast. The PM shift front desk rep was pleasant. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel is located right next to a gas station so it’s definitely very transient.
The sink and bathtub were clogged and drained very slowly. The toilet was also wobbly. The desk chair definitely needed to be replaced.

First room AC didn’t work. Moved to another room. Carpet felt damp and was stained. The little freezer was jammed with a ziploc of frozen something that I could hardly get out. It needed defrosted. Cleaning rag left in shower, bugs in shower and bathroom. Hair in sink and shower, and floor behind the door. Bar of soap left in shower from last occupant. Beds comforter was lumpy.

Everything was good. Hot breakfast, lots of choices in the breakfast area. Lots of seating and everything was kept clean. Enjoyed being able to have coffee and tea 24 hours. The only issues we encountered were not having a shower curtain and the ice machine on the third floor was not working. I was given a shower curtain when I asked at the front desk.

When we first walked in the room, I thought the bedsheets had not been changed as the beds were all messed.
Overall, the furniture was tired looking (doors on cabinets were visibility sagging and one of the bathroom lamp glass shades was broken with and entire section of the glass missing.)
Despite those detractors, the staff seemed adequate.
We're unlikely to return.

Too much noise and there was a mess at the pool. People were throwing water and jumping all over the pool. Our beds were very uncomfortable and we sink in at the middle. These beds need to be replaced. Also people were smoking all over the hotel specially in the front.

It’s easy to park and check in. Located next to a gas station, but was quiet. Clean and had coffee offerings in the lobby. Bed was fine and rooms a bit dated, but priced accordingly, and tidy.
