Bed was a little softer than other Mariott Hotels, shower hot, good water pressure. Shower sprayer broken, unadjustable, older hotel.

The hotel hose with braids/dreads was absolutely amazing! He is the best hotel host I've ever encountered! He made our stay worth every dime. The area was quiet. Lots of dinig and shopping options and a beautiful park located nearby. If I have to come back to Ms, I'm booking this hotel on the hositality alone!

Our room was great! Super clean, and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The hotel shows its age, and you can see where there is water leakage, but this shouldn't deter anyone from staying here. Staff was super nice!

Staff could be much more helpful, cheerful, and friendly, overall welcoming. The shower needs more attention. It has mold all over the safety bars and the shower curtain needs to be of a better quality. It was dirty and stiff. Very comfortable beds and fluffy towels. The breakfast buffet had many options and was very tasty!

I had a very nice stay. The room telephone didn't work and we had to goto the frontdesk to pickup our towels. Other than than everything was nice and clean.

I’ll start with the good…staff nice. Room clean and bed comfy. What wasn’t so great…ceiling tiles opened up in hallway with a bucket under…wreaked of mildew. Bathroom had mold and grime around the base of the shower. Rust stains going down the shower wall. AC, when on, made a high pitched sound as well as a rattling sound. Sleep was a challenge in between it going on and off all night. We didn’t complain as we were only stop over there on a road trip.

Property overall was acceptable with a few exceptions. The decor and furnishings were a bit dated, but otherwise okay. The sofa cushions and carpet were stained in our suite and throughout the facility.

Strand of hair (not mine) on the pillow. Rugs look like they need a good cleaning. Need more lighting in rooms. No USB plugs in rooms. Comfortable beds. Our room had a Moveable desk and ottoman which was nice to eat our late night dinner. A place called Cook Out is a few minutes drive away and open until 2 or 3 am. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, oranges, bananas, bread, coffee, juices. Staff was friendly.

The room was not clean. Bed had a very old mattress which sagged. The bathroom was not clean and had hair ( not ours) in shower and on floor. The breakfast only had cranberry juice no others, my bottle of milk was spoiled, and the bananas were rotten.
Not my best experience with a property rated a 9 out of 10.

The parking lot is small for the property. Hard to park big units. Other than that the place is very nice with great workers!

We only stayed one night. Caught the plane here headed to Houston, Tx. Very pleasant staff, safe area, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not exciting but there was a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Multiple food places close by. Will definitely stay here again.

Our RV needed a surprise fix as we were making our way across the country so we found the highest rated place in town at a reasonable price. We were hoping to only be there one night, but it turned into three. The room was clean and nice, the staff was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the attendant was on it! There was even a group of like 20 teenagers and she kept that dining room so tidy and stocked.
Additionally, their housekeeping staff is present, friendly, and offers service, which is no longer a given at hotels. We didn't need it, but they checked on us, which was awesome.
I'm so, so glad we picked this place. If we're ever in Meridian again, I'd book the Fairfield without thinking twice.

The staff was really nice. The room had an odor but the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

There was a dried up stain of urine on the toilet, which the cleaning staff hurriedly cleaned. After that the showers had mildew around the base of the shower; so, we attempted to change rooms, however, the second room had pubic hairs in the shower. We stayed in our original room. I hate that I used my points on this room, and my wife and I will not stay in another Fairfield again.

Property was clean overall with some obvious wear that made the property appear less clean. The property the hotel is directly sitting on seems ok, but the area you drive through(less than a mile in front of property) had a bunch of sketchy hotels.
