Bed was comfortable

Found open box of condoms in the drawer. Many Stains on rug. Couch was dirty. Felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned well. Breakfast wasn’t great

Just get my money back. 100 percent dissatisfied and not worth the money.

Smell, cleanliness and torn carpets, dirty linens and towels

Very dirty. Smelled like weed in the hallways, the bed sheets smelled sour. Bathroom walls were dirty, no towel bar. Nasty place. Even the elevator floors were disgusting.

We liked nothing. There is Not one positive thing I can say about this property

Our family of four woke up with bleeding bed bug bites!!!!! The room was filthy. Very Old food wrappers and pieces of food too big to be called crumbs under the bed. Dirt and food crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Old dried food on the kitchen utensils. The floors were sticky, including the carpet. I never knew carpet could be sticky. room smelled of urine and stale corn chips. The staff was rude and too busy with personal phone calls. When we entered our room a large man was sitting on the toilet supposedly fixing the toilet paper holder. He sat there for 10 minutes doing nothing but talking to a friend on speaker. We should have just left. Every staff member we passed was on their personal phone while cleaning a room or doing a job. We did cancel our second night and went elsewhere.

Staff was nice and helpful

Room was dirty. Paper towels weren’t filled. Towel bar and toilet paper holder both broken. Tub was dirty and had a rusted out spot.

No hot water or shampoo/Conditioner NEED BIGGER PILLOWS. WE ARE NOT TODDLERS.
