We are disappointed with our stay. Only the one in reception when we arrived who welcome us so warm and friendly. Then most of the cleaners in the 4rt floor are friendly too.
The rest of your team specially in the lobby are so unfriendly. They made us feel uncomfortable. When we passed by they don’t even greet us. And to think your hotel is not cheap. So we don’t understand why they don’t have proper customer service training. We stayed in your branch in Jeddah and we felt so welcomed and valued.
And this is the reason why we thought will try your branch in Riyadh. Sadly it was disappointing and not thinking of returning.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. The valet service took +15 mins to deliver my car although I called ahead to bring the car. The reception and housekeeping doesn’t answer when you call. And when they finally answered it took another 3 calls to bring what i ordered. And although I mentioned that it was a special occasion nothing was prepared according to that i had to order everything again. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. Terrible customer experience. Riyadh have many other better options with better prices and where the guest is valued.

Great place with excellent restaurants and gym facilities. Rooms smelled a bit like stale smoke but that’s not unusual for hotels in Saudi

It was nice to stay in the hotel. Staff is friendly, check-in was hectic and it took 2 hours to check in. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.

It was great stay but unfortunately the car service was very bad , we spent 35 min waiting to get our car and we almost missed our flight !!
We hope some improving in the car service for the customer care .

Staff for check-in and room service extremely polite and caring. The room was alittle tiny in comparison to other hotels for that price and the en-suite was made for the borrowers. Too tight and narrow to even stand in. The nespresso machine didn’t work, and the bathroom douche leaked after every use so we woke up with a flood. Ordered room service and sadly the bland food was not satisfying at all, same for breakfast and dinner. At checkout waited forever to get our remaining holding deposit. Over all it’s not worth the price and overall needs a fresh look into their services and deco. One thing is beautiful was gifted roses by a staff member for newly wed gift! Very touching thank you

very nice and the best thing in this hotel is the free parking just give them the key of your car and they will take care of the parking, the room is excellent, fresh fruit and dates daily in your room. the staff more than excellent. the breakfast not that good which need more improvement.

From check-in to check-out my experience at the Narcissus was 5 star. The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel is exquisite in its opulence, and the food in both the restaurants and room service was outstanding.
