Friendly and attentive staff, especially Carlotta for great recommendations and ideas for everything we wanted plan. Since it was my birthday the hotel suprised us with a botle of sparkling wine and a birthday cake.

It was a great location, clean, great bar. But, I expected 2 double beds

Staff was very helpful. Tub didn't drain quickly, but I've heard this is a Lisbon problem for other hotels, not just the PB. It was a lovely hotel. But booking through Hotels was not great. Price was better but no extra points on my card and third party between me and hotel is not good. My partner booked it, I won't use Hotels for the reasons stated above.

What a gem! Beautiful hotel with beautiful amenities, workout facility/spa, rooftop bar, lobby bar with regular live music, and great restaurant. 15 minutes walking to the heart of Lisbon and the water. Amazingly nice and accommodating staff. Wish we could have stayed a few more nights!

Great hotel very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Good location for restaurants and historic part of the City. Great breakfast outside on the rear patio. Definitely recommend.

The area of Avenida da Liberdade is stunning and perfectly situated for exploring the city. From start to finish, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. The lobby exudes elegance, the rooftop was beautiful, and the restaurants provide a culinary experience that far exceeded my expectations. This hotel truly embodies luxury and impeccable service. I cannot wait to return and indulge in this extraordinary experience again when next in Lisbon.

The property was centrally located and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The services we received from the staff was personalized and excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The food at Bistro4 was great as well. My daughter and I will definitely come back and book our accommodation at PortoBay Liberdade should we visit Lisbon again! Muito obrigada!

Breakfast poor and service at breakfast slow and miserable.
Should have more than one box of tissues in the room (only one in the bathroom).

The hotel was well appointed though more information about the hotel facilities and the local area would have been appreciated on arrival as our first time to Lisbon. We had to find out ourselves which was a bit hit and miss at first and wasted some of our short break time.

A simply fabulous hotel. We were greeted warmly on our arrival and throughout our stay, all staff were smartly presented, courteous and kind. The decor is high quality and beautifully kept. Our room was extremely well presented with impeccable daily service. We enjoyed a room service breakfast on our balcony that was just fantastic . We even tried their relaxing massage service at their Spa. Massage and facial were wonderful. The hotel has a lovely calming atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble for guests and we would most definitely return.
