Excellent location! Close to all the bars & restaurants in the Jewish area. The room was clean. I traveled as a female solo and stayed in a mixed dorm. I was happy for the value! However, there was no in-house bar or social activities in the building! Hence it was difficult to connect with people!

It was a great experience, awesome staff, Kai and Orsi were really helpful and friendly. AC works and it was great after a hot summer day! Location is another plus, lots to do around and easy to get to places. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms can get crowded sometimes but it is expected. Good kitchen size and nice common areas. I would definitely stay again!

I m very impressed with the magnificent service and location of this hotel. I have been here for 5 days with lots of fun. Fantastic service and customer care. I have huge thanks and respect for Madam Mimi . She has been so supportive and friendly with us and all guests. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Was on a solo travel for 4 days and staying in this hostel for the first time, I must say that I had a great time! I just wished that they were more active with events and social activities during my stay there because a week after, they had more plans and social activities for everybody! Sorry for compairing, but heard that OneFam hostel had activities going on everyday… Anyway, the personnel in the lobby will gladly help you out and be very informative. With the cleaning both in the room, kitchen and bathroom is job well done!!! Ps: you need to bring your own key for your locker, nonetheless, you can buy it from the reception.

Great stay and facilities are all good.
I stayed in a room of 8 however my bed was bottom right by the door so your constantly hearing the door slam and people going in and out as well as noise in the corridors. The doors go quite a lot as toilets and showers are all outside the rooms but besides the noise at night it’s a good place to stay. Easy location to get anywhere and close to lots of transport

We really enjoyed our stay in Maverick’s City Lodge! It was super convenient, super good location with many sights, delicious cafes and bars just a few steps away. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There is a big shared kitchen, where you can cook your foods, we stayed in a private room, everything was fine, we have no complaints. We are definitely going to come back soon!

I stayed two nights and the stay was very comfortable. The room and the kitchen were clean and efficient. Staffs are friendly and nice. The price for the stay was very low. I especially liked the espresso machine that I could drink espresso anytime for free. Some young people had fan in the kitchen and if you are very sensitive to noise and your room is close to the kitchen (for example 101 or 102), you may be annoyed. I stayed in 102 and had no problem. I rate 10 out of 10.

The experience was really good. The hostel wasn’t too noisy during the week, just little bit during the week end, but depends of the people that stay in the hostel.

Paula, Oris, and Nicki were phenomenal. Not only was their service great, the made it easy to find and book things to do in the area and promoted great excursions with the hostel. I was so impressed with all this hostel had to offer. definitely worth the stay and in such a great area. Almost everything was walking distance or a bus ride away. On the other hand, I think most hostels can use a good power wash, especially in the bathrooms. Luckily the bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly daily

Pros: the bed was comfortable and the curtains made it feel very private. The hostel is conveniently located in the city center.
Cons: you can hear everything that happens in the hallways, whether it is doors slamming, or guests talking very loudly or screaming at 4:00 AM. The showers were cold (I stayed in the summer, but nonetheless, it would have been nice to have at least lukewarm water..). Also, when I checked-in, the lady at the reception desk was very condescending.

Nicki at checkin was enthusiastic and informative. The hostel had two eating establishments connected. One was the canteen where for 8euros you could have all you can eat breakfast. Typical breakfast foods and okay tasting. The other was Fat Mama's. If staying at the hostel there is 10% discount. I ate there several times and it was always very good. The one complaint of the hostel was the noise level at night. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Jewish quarter. This is a very hip place with lots of cafes and bars. Most nights by 11 pm it got somewhat quite but one night the noise went on to almost 3 am. Overall the hostel is very good with lots of activities to keep you busy if you want to participate. Also, for 10 euros they have a laundry service (wash, dry and fold).

This is one of the best hostels ive ever stayed in. Great location. Super clean rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and common area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone stayong there was chill and observed the quiet hours. Highly recoomend this hostel

It was much nicer than many hotels I've stayed in, and the service was impeccable. Orsi was the best! She was so friendly and enthusiastic with many suggestions for restaurants and things to do around the city. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable.

The staff were super friendly and the location was awesome. Some spots in the room could’ve been cleaned better but the thing I really disliked was our private room had the lowest water pressure and was cold. Strange because the faucet had pretty warm water running from it. Also I had friends that were also staying in the rooms that had shared bathrooms that said the water pressure was good and water was hot. Aside from that, pretty decent especially for the price!

Lovely property with friendly staff and nice activities to get to know people. The bedrooms were nice and had curtains on the bed for privacy. One downside is the bathroom is shared so not in the room.

Best hostel I ever stayed in. Clean. Great social events for meeting people if traveling alone. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Great restaurant nearby where I went twice named Kis Bangla. Would love to stay here again if back in Budapest. Thank you for everything!

I think hostel can prepare slipper for customer and they are able to pay a small fee for using it. All in all, I rate 10/10

Very clean and comfortable room, excellent bathroom. The bed was really good and firm. Location okay. The only trouble was that the walls are literally paper, and i happened to have loud neighbours.
