This cute hotel met our expectations more than we could ever believe. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and cheer fall. They even had flowers and chocolates on our bed when we arrived in the whole room was impeccable. We really love this place and couldn’t recommend Cuter more place to stay, and even had a fireplace and a patio. The huge Jacuzzi was another big plus and a big surprise. Cheers also to the meet that made this room look so clean and adorable. Overall, this is a 10 hotel.

The hotel was so cozy and perfect for the area. The room was beautiful, clean, and smelled great. The breakfast burritos are to die for. The bed was a little soft and felt like lower quality in comparison with all of the other touches. We would definitely stay there again.

Our reservation was canceled due to legionnaire's disease being discovered the day before. Thankfully it happened before our reservation. But we had to scramble find another hotel.

It advertises that it is on the lake. It is not. Other than that it is a nice place. Ice machine in room did not work. Ice machine on the floor did not work. Front desk was not staffed for several hours on one afternoon. So waited 3 hours for ice.

Best free breakfast ever had in all of my travels.
Everything made from scratch even some healthy smoothies and homemade burritos. Staff is very pleasant. Only thing I would recommend is to get a gold room. I assume the difference between silver and gold was size and cost however, silver rooms are facing town and you have noise from the post office in town gold rooms face the creek and I believe it would be quieter in the future. I would definitely pay a little bit more for a gold room. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out that this was the difference until our second day there

The Mill Creek Hotel is a very nice condo-type property. Very clean overall, very nice front desk-housekeeping-breakfast room staff and very nice special touches (a lot of free gifts and such).
The silver suite with balcony was very spacious and comfortable. The daily free breakfast was amazing and one of the best I have ever experienced in my decades of travel.
The hotel is downtown so you will hear normal downtown noises especially during the day but it’s location is fantastic and walkable to the numerous downtown area dining/cocktail establishments, the Riviera beach, boat cruise dock, library, the scenic lakeside walking path and great variety of stores for shopping.
Lake Geneva is a very chill and laid back town and seemed very safe at all times of the day and night (although we don’t stay out late).
Get tickets early and experience the Mail Boat tour and visit the Tuscan Tavern/Grill, it is an outstanding restaurant and prices very reasonable for the quality/quantity and service you receive.
Everyone was kind throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting the Lake again soon.

Since it was the off season we were one of the only people staying at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and still made us a wonderful breakfast each day including a lovely green smoothie. Free bottles of water every day and on top of the included breakfast there would be soup and cookies in the lobby every afternoon. Location was great and the lake, shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance.
The property is very charming. Muddy/snowy spring isn’t the best time of year to show off the outside but you can see how lovely it would be to sit on the balcony in the summer with a glass of wine.
Our room was on the warm side. Our Midwest sensibilities prevented us from putting the AC on when it was snowing outside but we opened the balcony door to cool things down.
There was a nice welcome gift for us when we checked in and we have nothing negative to say about our stay. Would stay here again!

My best friend and I did our first solo trip here for senior spring break, and it was a great experience! All the staff members are so welcoming and friendly, plus the room was even larger and fancier than expected!! Very close to the main downtown area, only used the car to be honest because it was raining a lot but if the weather is nice totally walkable :) Thank you for a great trip!

Mill Creek never disappoints. We went for a weekend last February and again this year. We have decided this is our annual tradition of staying at the Mill Creek. Rooms are clean and they are decorated for Valentines holiday. There is always a free gift in your room plus chocolates all around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome. It's in a great location in Lake Geneva. Close to the lake, dining and shopping but not noise. Definitely recommend Mill Creek to everyone.

Easy check-in they let us check in early. The room was clean and set up and decorated beautifully. We are so happy. We will definitely be back.

We love staying at Mill Creek! The location is ideal. The room is spacious, with divided living and sleeping spaces. There are separate heating/cooling units for each area. The large bathroom includes a 2 person jetted tub.
Breakfast included a wide variety of choices. It’s quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from the hallway. Coffee, tea, soup and cookies are available in the lobby.
