My stay was very happy because the staff always made me feel so welcorme. Unfortunately it ended when I contracted Covid (in no way the fault of the Brady), and Amy at the front de sk kindly arranged an an appointment with a doctor who was available on Sunday morning. I thank everyone for their care and help.

Clean and well furnished room. I especially like the spacious desktop for I had to work sometimes. Staff are very nice. The only thing is Melbourne somehow authorize construction works for underground train stations until like 1am. This can be very noisy. I could sleep, but maybe I stayed on high floor.

When we checked in the receptionist offered as another level as we were meant to be on level one. Room was very cute and cozy, great for the price. Very quiet. Close to everything in the city

The room is very small and gloomy, with the lights not providing enough lightening in the room and bathroom. There’s no door for the shower, so expect water to splatter all over the floor outside the shower area. The toilets are also weak and you have to triple check to make sure everything has fully flushed. There’s also an odor on the towels and bedding.. even when we requested new towels, it had the same smell. The area around the hotel is completely under construction so expect to drag your luggage around and walk around detours to get to places. I would recommend another hotel and location.

We like staying at this hotel because of its location, It is very convenient to public transport, especially Melbourne Central station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. There was noise at night from nearby tunnel works, which we were aware of prior to booking, it affected us a little.

Location of this hotel was perfect for our weekend away. Is just minutes from shops, supermarkets, train, tram and food options. It is currently surrounded by construction which was off putting on arrival and is all we could see from our room windows. There was a faint off putting odour throughout hallways and lifts.
Rooms are clean and tidy but dated.
Staff were friendly and accommodating with great service . We received a welcome free room upgrade. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was perfectly located, very reasonable, immaculate and having the cafe onsite was an added bonus for an early morning coffee. I would absolutely stay there again. Emma & Travis

Recommend staying. I like the separate space for study/office design. The staff at reception are so friendly. Good customer service. The hotel is in a good location with walking distance to everywhere within Melbourne Central and The University of Melbourne.

Staff were really lovely! Unfortunately room wasn’t clean. And there was a lot of construction outside. Even have to walk to get an Uber because the road is blocked off.

Second time here and it’s always a fantastic place to stay. Friendly staff and fantastic location. Easy parking nearby too and they’ll validate the ticket so it’s $20 for 24 hours parking!

Staff were amazing and friendly. Construction works right out the front were annoying but we had a great time at the hotel. Beds were comfy, room clean. Easy to get around the city by tram or train. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Will be back when in Melbourne again.

The rumours are true - the rooms are soundproof. During my stay there was construction going on and while there was a slight hum, that was literally all I heard. Moreover, the reception and service was A1. Thanks for looking after me!

Great central location but the metro construction makes access difficult (no fault of the hotel!). Rooms were small but reasonably well equipped aside from dish cloth/towels for kitchenette.

Stayed at a few hotels and apartments in melbourne, and unfortunately this one is quite average. Yes price was good overall but sad to say it was nothing special. Everything about this hotel is small, tiny... the entrance to reception, the way to the lifts, the rooms, bathroom.
It is located conveniently, thats one advantage. You can walk to all the good spots for dining and shopping.

Generally a great stay in Melbourne CBD. Leas than 3 mins walk to the nearest tram station. Well equipped room. Our room was at the back hence couldn’t hear much construction sound. Amazing front counter staff no matter which time of the day.
Upon check in there was still some rubbish left by previous guest which wasn’t great. The road block due to construction was a bit inconvenient for Uber to pick up and drop off.
For this price and superb location, it was generally good.
