The hotel we stayed at many times before had a fire. I researched a new hotel and found this. We are never going back! This is what we want when we come back To Quebec City. Planning to bring our sons and their wives! Awesome concept and exactly what we needed. Thanks!

The only thing that I feel could be added is a coat hooks as there is not a closet with hanging. Also a full length mirror.

The apt. was great, clean, and stylish, and had everything I needed. It is in a fantastic location in the heart of the old city. A couple minor problems but over all a great stay. The tv by the bed couldn't connect to the wifi because the signal was too low, so it was basically useless. A small detail, but I was really looking forward to just lazing in bed watching tv. As well, I was driving a large utility van, luckily the outdoor parking was available. For a vehicle that size it could not be backed into the spot and I nearly damaged it trying to back it into the very small alleyway. It fit in the front of the spot, but the owners should be aware larger vehicles shouldn't be backed in.

Late night arrival was no problem with keypad entry and great communication from staff. Loved a nearby breakfast spot after coffee in our especially clean and well fitted room. Very walkable to all of old town.

The apartment is in an older building that has been completely renovated but leaving some exposed stone which adds charm to the rooms. There is a full kitchen including washer and dryer. The property is immaculate and well positioned right around the corner from many restaurants and pubs. Communication with the property manager is excellent. A huge thumbs up!

A great unit in a lovely old building that's been professionally renovated top to bottom and is very well maintained and clean. It is on a quiet, tucked away street, but only 2 minutes walk to the heart of the old city. It is self check in but access was simple and straightforward. You can park right in front of the hotel for 15 minutes, which makes checking in and out easy. We parked close by at the Hotel Dieu (1 Rue de l'Arsenal), which offers 2 hours free parking.

The unit was in excellent condition and had everything we wanted although could not use the TV and/or no cable. Very clean and spacious. A lovely place to stay in the old port. We would stay again. Only issue which arose was related to parking. Strongly recommend to purchase parking as street parking very limited We had purchased a parking spot prior to our arrival. When we arrived and parked another couple arrived but no parking spots were available. This was sorted out for the other couple.

This was such a find. My husband and I were staying for one night in old Quebec City and this was the perfect spot. Parking garage options were convenient and close by, and the tourist attractions were all within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We were so pleased with this little gem!

Left entry keypad for building entrance is not the correct one, which is confusing, you have to use the electronic keypad to the right. Very nice rooms but TV didn’t work.

I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!
