Cindy, at the front desk, was excellent. We booked a room without realizing that all the rooms were pet friendly (allergic). She took the time to go through all the available rooms and find one that had been without a pet for the longest period of time. Very appreciated. The only thing we did not like was being charged for parking. Seemed like nickel and diming. Should have just parked in the business parking next door.

Great hotel! Quiet, clean, comfy beds and a decent shower. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. Highly recommend for the price!

Great stay! Traveling with my kids. 1 night stay. Rooms were excellent. Comfortable beds, especially after 15 hour drive. Quiet environment. Easy check in and out.

Good location to a lot shopping and dining options. Could use a refresh especially bathrooms. Have stayed multiple times here and will again.

The hotel was in a convenient location but the noise from the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and disturbed sleep continually.

We paid$279 for the first evening then stayed two more days. We never got our room cleaned nor clean towels. We notified the front desk the second evening and he told me they only clean rooms every other day. We requested our room cleaned the third day. When we arrived back late that evening. We had no clean towels and the room had not been cleaned. We notified the front desk and he told me they only clean after 3 days but he did provide me with clean towels. Not a good experience for the price.

Such a comfortable hotel. We stayed here for two nights in a one king bed suite room. The room was spacious with high ceilings. When I first walked in the room, my voice was echoing of how big it was lol. No joke. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was truly good. You can tell they put effort on serving out of the ordinary hotel breakfast. For example, they served red velvet pancakes, potatoes with bell peppers, perfectly-shaped omelets, kolbasa. They even had rice and miso soup for breakfast! I meannnnn… :). One breakfast had scrambled eggs, but the scrambled eggs were so creamy and savoury. I hope this never changes! I stay at hotels with complimentary breakfasts quite a bit, but this hotel’s breakfast stands out! Another thing, the staff were so kind. We had a red eye flight so we asked for a late check out. They said they would help us if it was possible. The night before our check out day, they let us know they can accommodate a late check out for us for 1 pm. We truly appreciated this. I have to mention the paid parking, which was $12 per day. However, I still chose the hotel because it was about 20 - 25 mins away from downtown Portland and it beats the $39-49 parking I would have had to pay for a hotel downtown. Also, I didn’t see homeless people around the hotel’s parking lot. I would definitely stay here again:)! Such a good experience!

Very clean

This hotel is expensive to stay at, it was not worth the value. Out room had a broken end table. Parts on the ground underneath, a miss sized chair, and felt old. The breakfast the next morning was not very good either. If I am paying almost $300 a night, it should be more than tater tots, and stale bread options. The cost was over $200 a night, plus a $50 pet deposit, $50 room deposit, and you have to pay for parking.

Bathroom was not clean

Clean and quiet....shower head(s) need reviewing...difficult to adjust, faulty spray patterns. Also, housekeeping needs to be more detailed...example: floor corners in bathroom not clean, dust, dirt & debris builtup...very oblivious.

As the other comments have stated, they charge for parking. But they didn’t charge me until 3am. Also I don’t think the people above me slept nor sat down for more than 2 min. They sounded like they were herding cattle from 9pm till 9am. Kids need to be put on the bottom floors. I will never stay here again. Spend a little more and go to the Holiday Inn or Cedartree. They don’t charge for parking and much nicer.

Was not happy that we had to pay for parking. Guests should be free, the whole permit/$12 parking was not explained very well.

Great staff, very convenient area

We asked for clean towels and our trash to be taken out after our 2nd day there. They forgot the trash underneath the desk and did not vacuum. The 2 girls that came afterwards we're so sweet and apology for the trash not being taken out. It was not floor. The girls that did are floor were already gone for the day.

This was a last minute trip, so we went in to speak to the person at the desk. He was on his phone and didn’t even realize we were standing at the desk. Once he decided to help us, he informed us there was a $12 parking fee. This is absolutely ridiculous. He proceeded to let us know that the room rate was lower, so they are charging for parking…in a lot they own! Came back in after talking to my party and decided to stay anyway b/c it was getting late. It was on his phone yet again and I stood there for 2 full minutes before he even noticed I was back. The parking fee and the service at the desk were ridiculous! The rest of the hotel was good.

Nice quiet place, nice breakfast

There were ants in both rooms we booked. This was the only downside as the ants went into our toiletry bags in the washroom etc. The staff were pleasant, breakfast and hotel facilities were good.

Staff is very friendly. Freeway nearby super noisy, wish the rooms had better soundproofing. Also, no desk or table to pull out ( we like to play cards at night). Last, shower water flow.not strong, no slip proof shower mat.
