The room were reserved was not up to standard and they didn’t have another double bed option so they kindly got us a room at the location just down the road. Fantastic customer service!

It was clean, stuff was friendly.

Heater had trouble heating room, price was high for what I got. Weird people coming and going.

The staff every day and every interaction was remarkable! Pleasant. Helpful. Accommodating. Even over the stress of the Christmas holidays and a power outage! Loved that everyone welcomed and accepted our small Boston Terrier Dog.

A little noisy at night in the hallways. But it was Christmas, so I understand.

Hotel exits/entraces smelled bad. Sections of the hotel appeared in need of cleaning. Rooms were fine though. There were homeless folks hanging out in the parking lot. They did keep themselves to themselves. Just so that anyone visiting should be aware.

The last time I stayed it was almost impossible to get a roll of toilet paper. I didn’t understand how they could be so close to stores and not send an employee out to purchase toilet paper which is a necessity when staying in a motel. they did manage to turn up a partial roll. This time I could not get a much needed blow dryer. Especially considering it was raining heavily and even snowed, going out with wet hair in that weather was not cool. Maybe purchase enough blow dryers to have when your hotel is mostly filled?

The staff and location

The grab and go breakfast was a granola bar and yogurt. The room wasn't the cleanest. The inside wasn't the cleanest. We stayed 2 nights and paid almost $300 each night and several during the day people screaming at each other in the parking lot. The staff was nice. The washer and dryers were filthy. If it weren't for the staff being so nice and willing to please, I would have given it all ",very poor" rating, especially for the price we paid.

Its full of tweakers and drunks. Looks like someones junkyard with all the vehicles being worked on, and nasty old motorhomes. No coffee out at 5am 3 days in a row. How hard is it to have coffee??? Very disappointed, was a nice place years ago.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was limited. Seemed to be short staffed. Very loud closing doors. Cleaning service had to be requested and cost EXTRA?!? All amenities had to be picked up at front desk.

The AC worked great

I booked online and they sold my room before I arrived. The room I was put in had garbage and crumbs in all the drawers. There were sugar ants in the room, and the table had something sticky on it. The laundry drains were overflowing with bubbles, and there was water dripping from the light in the laundry room.
