We have stayed here multiple times over the last two years. Its' a comfortable hotel and very convenient for our purposes. Over the last several months we have noticed the beginning of several repair/repainting projects near the main lobby that never seem to be completed-just patches and missing floor boards waiting to be replaced. The ice machines have not worked in months. Breakfast was a little "off" this time. Sliced bread and bagels were offered, but there is no toaster available. Pancake machine was out of order. No fresh fruit options. And no bottled water. Folks are very nice, but maintenance seems to not be too important at this location.

The first room we were in was very nice and clean but smelled like must and mold. Moved to another room .oldin the bathroom. No cleaning. We had to get our own towels as the didn't clean the room.

The staff was outstanding. My room was not that good, had a strong wet smell. You could hear absolutely everything from inside of my room. I couldn't sleep at all.

The overwhelming stench of the air conditioner was almost unbearable. The room was moist with humidity, making the bed almost feel wet. The air conditioner smelled like dirty socks, and mud. We both experienced sickness in our respiratory. The room was in shambles tile, coming off the walls and toilet paper holders, falling off the wall, the shower had Barely any water pressure? I asked for a fan for the room, but there wasn’t any to give out. The breakfast was mediocre. The pool was dirty and full of people all the time. Overall, the stay was very bad. I didn’t take any pictures, but we stayed in room 206

Definitely would NOT stay here again. Property is not kept up well. Views are of storage building and low budget hotel. Not an ideal area. Hotel has no wow factors to it. Had smell, front automatic doors would not open or close automatically so they stay open for the most part. Trash throughout lobby and areas. Broken shower rods, ceilings repairs very visible and eyesore. Linen stained. Caution tape on doors, wallpaper peeling, borders/trim coming off the wall. I was so ready to go, definitely considered booking another hotel and just letting this one keep my money. Low budget Holiday Inn Express. Close to stores, food places and right off the interstate.

The pool needed to have some sort of shade, the hot Texas days are brutal.

Everything was good, pool, room, bed was amazingly comfortable and slept great. Boyfriend did not even snor!!! Pool was clean and relaxing. Kiss the morning chef, the breakfast was full of flavor, delish and filling plus all the variety of options. Will definitely stay there next time we are in Killeen.

Property needs outside repair, painting etc. the bathroom has no water pressure in the shower. The light in bathroom for mirror was broken.

The first room that we received had mold along the window. It wasn’t a little mold it was a lot. The second room we received, the bathroom door was extremely rusted and the main door seemed as if it would not lock, extremely easy to push the door with No key.

Location determined our stay here. Overall, was a nice stay. Small things made the rating 4 instead of 5 stars. Breakfast was average. Bathroom in room 124 needs repairs: toilet paper holder and shower rod about to fall off the wall. Icky stains on door fram next to tub. Staff was friendly

Holiday Inn Suites on Gateway Drive, Killeen. Checked in no problem..Room 216. Tv would not work- no signal and tv said check antenna connection. Checked tv and cable antenna from tv to wall plug was missing. Hotel front desk mgr brought a cord up to me which I connected and got reception..Tried to call front desk &Phone was unplugged from wall plug to phone. Room was above main entrance and old curtain in middle to block view from below. Great location near restaurants, HEB, WalMart and freeway. Quiet area. Would stay there again,but not in that room. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful, and resolved my issue. Breakfast was good and hot. Location was 5 minutes from my meeting.

Property was very nice. The only issue I had was I first went to the wrong one but was told it was a common thing cause they are a block from each other. The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. I will be staying here again when I go back

Shower and tube mix didn't like and water in shower 80% hot, breakfast rate 1 to 10 about 6, Bed was good but pillow was to soft.

Our stay was better than expected. We booked a suit room. However upon check in, we were informed that they did not have a suit available, and offered us two double-queen rooms instead for the same price we paid. Which we were fine with it, since it had enough bed for our family of five. The front desk lady that checked us in was very professional, courteous, and very accommodating. This was our first time staying at Holiday Inn and will give them another visit next time we’re in Killeen to visit our military child.

The staff and breakfast all great. However the bed skirts in my room were torn and fall from the bed. The curtains wouldn’t close either. The sitting chair in the room was dirty/stained. I would still stay anyway since I really only used it to sleep.
