Person checking us in was rude. He quoted a cost but we booked online at lower rate and that bothered him. You have to pay. a $50 registration fee which I haven’t experienced. Not sure why the gentleman is in the service industry as he does not have a pleasant way with others.

Extremely overpriced ($177 US) for a very substandard establishment in a not so nice area of town. Our room was under construction (drywall patches unpainted) fridge and microwave were dirty and rusty. Bathroom door would not shut properly and no mirror in bathroom which only had warm, not hot, water. No where to put stuff other than on the floor. However, the TV was brand new…still in plastic wrap and the bed comfortable.

Rude clerk, unchanged and stained bedsheets-to that end the sheets had cigarette burns despite being a non smoking room. Also right next to trash disposal facility so are smelled like trash as soon as you step outside.

I actually checked out of another place to come to Plaza for a peaceful yet working night. Thanks.

The room was ok, bed was not the most comfortable. The restroom door didnt even close properly and the shower handle was broken.

Everyone is friendly, and helpful. It is near alot of restaurants, and shopping options.

The bathroom door was literally holding by a single hinge and couldn’t be closed. Right near a major 4 ways street, so quite noisy. Electrical installation is a bit spooky, with loose sockets and black traces on them.

My wife and I booked at this property for a quick overnight stay on our way through the area. The Property looked dated, but the Lobby looked decent. The person On Duty looked put out that he had to come to the counter. He was quick to point out that we booked a No Smoking Room and that we "No Smoke". I paid, to which there was a damage deposit (which was credited back the following day. After he handed me the Key Card, he stated "No Water Water" in his Middle or Southwest Asian Accent. I asked him "What?", to which he replied the same thing. We got to our room, to find it very small by modern standards. It had a fairly new looking headboard and side table arrangement, with wall mounted light fixtures (one of which didn't work). The Power Cord and the Cables for the TV were freely hanging away from the wall. The Flooring was poorly laid Laminate. There is a gap between the Laminate of the Main Room and the Threshold into the Bathroom. There was damage to the Bathroom Wall, that looked like someone had punched the Sheetrock, and a big Tile in the Shower was Cracked. There were Hand Towels and Bath Towels, but No Washcloths. And there was No Warm Water. My wife and I agree that this is the Worst experience we've had in over 35 years of travel. I will happily Share my Photos if it helps raise awareness of such places.

The grounds outside the property were not very well kept.

My phone cord was chewed by a rat. The tv did not work. Had several rats in the parking lot that literally came right up to you. Most disgusting hotel ever

DO NOT STAY HERE! They charged a deposit, and never returned it. When I was checking in someone else was also arguing about there deposit.

Area was very commercial but the inside of the rooms were tidy.

This was a very old motel. It was clean

My husband walks with a cane. Every single room had 2 steps to navigate to get to them. No grab bar by the toilet.

I was overcharged ($200) even when I informed them that I would be leaving a day early.

The lobby staff was very nice and friendly. The noise from the highway and other customers went right through the walls from 2-4am. Other than that, it was newly renovated yet provides no coffee (although there is a DD across the parking lot that opens at 4 am).

Staff was ignorant and rude one step in door screamed at me to leave and get off property . Never again will I give business or suggest this dump to anyone

Building was under construction. Dumpster centered in the parking lot. Open wallboard and exposed wood in the hallway. My room was newly done. All the items worked well in the room. Office worker was mean and short-tempered but got the job done.

While the room was clean and looked great the electrical outlets and lights beside the bed did not work. There is highway noise

We spent the night chasing cockroaches instead of sleeping. That's what was so terrible about our stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but had to leave because of cockroaches. So instead of taking our time the next day, we emptied the room and looked for another accomodation.

My stay was okay

The door closed and locked but had no seal on it so you could hear heavy traffic outside at all times as if there wasn’t a door there at all. Actually wound up taking all the pillows and blankets and making a bed in the bathroom because I couldn’t sleep and it was quieter in there. Mysterious stains everywhere, cigarette burns on the blankets, a smashed fly on the wall very obviously in plain view I guess no one could be bothered to clean up. Handles on drawers missing or hanging off. Sketchy people hanging around outside at all hours. Bugs. Absurdly loud microwave. I could go on but you get the gist. Truly a dismal place that is not worth paying for, you’re better off sleeping in the car.

It was dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke despite no smoking rooms. The phone didn't work. The shower was dirty too.

Close to my venue room was in rough shape

Well you get what you pay for i guess. location is right next to free way so you constantly hear traffic. walls are super thin to hear everything you neighbor is watching or when they open and close doors. in the middle of the night i heard a bunch of men yelling that they where going to kick my door in. They believed i was someone else that had there drugs.

Pros: convenient location. Clean. Pleasant staff. Some parts of the room updated. Cons: Old building. Mix of old furnishings and new. Busy noisy road.
