Bathroom was in poor condition. Cleaning lady was wonderful.

TV didn't work had no hot water for shower I booked reservations and when I got there cost me $9 more cuz they sold out of the one room I wanted

It was OK, given the price. Clean where it was important to be clean, but dirty in more hidden places. The Air Conditioning was inadequate.

Good location, about 40 min (2.5-3km) walk to Aldershott Go Train Station. Friendly staff. Old and tired hotel but served the purpose, can't beat the price.

One of the worse experience of staying there, they scam peoples by showing nice pictures of two queen beds & good looking room but when you go there , it’s very different. Very dirty , floor were not clean. Accent chair was extremely dirty , fabric was faded & black lines of old layers multiple stains . Very bad smell Toilet seat is not the size for adult use. No room from the right side of the toilet seat & wall. Unsafe property Bedsheets were burn by cigarettes, pillow cases were used & dirty. I booked for 2 nights . I checked in late evening and next afternoon I checked out . Did not stay for 2 day of paid booking & they did not return my money cause it’s their fault for false information on website & knights inn does NOT follow the standard health & safety policies. This place should be shut down as anyone can be sick.

I had a very nice stay!

I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. When I went to my room, there were no towels, pillows, or blankets. The room was dusty everywhere. It was hard to breathe due to the dust from the bed sheets. I asked to change my room and said I was willing to pay extra if necessary, but they did nothing. They only gave me clean sheets and pillowcases and said they had no blankets. It was a horrible place. The next morning, many guests were complaining about their rooms and asking for refunds. I also requested a refund, but of course, that was not possible either.

Check in was fast and easy room was comfy in such short notice

The floor off the bathroom is dangerous, and the contacts were useless

Staff are very friendly, bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom fan noisey and tv kept shutting itself off. Staff tried to fix the tv but could not.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The condition of the room was quite disgusting. Water damage on all doors with mold creeping in all corners of the room. Stained dirty curtains and windows, stained and burned top cover on bed. Wet, damp towels in jacuzzi area with water all over the floor. White towels that were worn and coloured with grime over time. Dried on food on side table. Hand marks on head board. TV and wifi did not work. Cut out patches in drywall in a couple spots. I am a simple person that only expects cleanliness of a budget motel and have never actually left a hotel review in my life but I would warn anyone not to spend their money here. In addition police were rolling around the parking lot for some reason. We tried to get a refund, however was unable to as I booked through Expedia. We woke up in the morning in a hurry to get out. I went to check out and get my deposit refunded and was informed that the room would have to be inspected before he returned the deposit. I was shocked! He literally went in and was opening drawers and checking all corners. I was given my deposit back but couldn't believe that based on the condition of the room he did that.

Our stay was great! Although it was not the cleanest place we have stayed at, the staff were all amazing!! Would definitely recommend staying there!! Hats off front office staff and housekeeping!!

they need to clean better there was at least two big clumps of dark black hair, in the bathroom and near the bed on the floor- the shower curtain needed to be replaced as there were spots of I think mold... the bed was comfortable

The room was dirty. And bathroom had stains on it. I guess the appropriate name for it is Shittes Inn. Don’t waste your money. It’s not even worth $10 a night.

Inexpensive and convenient

It was good

No hot water (booked a jacuzzi suite and couldnt use it), no heat control, air conditioner disgusting, couldnt have tv on if lights were off as the tv was ran on same electrical as lights, couldnt get the internet from our room, and so.much more.... staff was friendly.

This was a very clean room. The linens were fresh. Service was friendly and courteous. Very good value for the cost. The fridge was large enough to hold groceries, so we could prepare food and make breakfast. This helped keep expenses down. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay. Thanks you Knights Inn!

Do not stay at this place. As soon as you walk in to the bathroom there are cockroaches walking around everywhere. It's quite disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place

I didnt like the beds super uncomfortable also the units beside me were loud and walls are thin so you hear everything i did like how easy it was to book the stay and parking was super convenient
