Good service and breakfast very good. The place was clean and air condition was running good.

The staff at breakfast looked as if they didn't want to be there and more interested in talking to each other rather than replenishing the food. Choice of food was good if it was there. Paper thin walls made it hard to sleep as our next for neighbours were up all hours socialising. The photos to the swimming pool did it no justice. Breakfast was below par. Staff were friendly,but lacked communication. A very tired looking and feeling hotel..2 Star yes,def not 4 Star

I loved their service of hotel all over. They are really nice to customers. Not too much for everything. Breakfast need more variety I think.

Some of the staff are not friendly, maybe they are frustrated of serving people from China? When I checked out, front desk lady asked me about a pair of the cheap indoor slipper then I realized they even reuse it, thats disgusting although she did say they would clean it before giving it to the next guest.

The hotel is so amazing, great service by hotel staffs; all of them are very nice. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location wise, walking distance to night market, beach and easy to search for food. Mud bath which the hotel offer is great. We are so enjoyed staying in Galina Nha Trang.

hotel was great... 5-10 min walk to the beach. we specially enjoyed the mud bath at the spa facilities. Plenty of places to eat around.

Weather was amazing and very close to everything. Great views of the ocean. Would highly recommend getting the suite for superb view.

Swimmingpool was dirty There was ni information for us about de beach, swimmingpool and more. Englisch wasn't that good. Only the brackfast was really good.

Nice location, but room and amenities offered do not match the room rate. I've been traveling to Vietnam for 10 years and based on the room rate, I expected to get a lot. However, my room had no internet and had to constantly go back down to the lobby to get on the internet. The hotels hallways has no A/C, so I continued to sweat until I got to my hotel. The pool was green and had seating only enough for 3 or 4 people. Fitness room was a joke! From my hotel room window, I could see the Novotel Hotel, which is where I should have stayed. Definitely one of the most overpriced hotels I've stayed at. Paid over $100 a night and couldn't get internet in my room, due to the weak WiFi service on the 11th floor. Only plus I would give the hotel is that the breakfast was pretty decent and offered a wide variety. Nha Trang is definitely crowded with Russians and hotel itself reminded me of hotels I've stayed at in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Definitely would not stay there again, when in Nha Trang.

Hotel and rooms are spacious and clean. Very poor wifi; I ask for better Wifi but they didnt send anyone to take care of it.

Some of the hotel staff were extremely courteous and friendly, others seemed beleaguered by the waves upon waves of Western (mainly Russian) tourists coming in and out of the hotel. My first room had a stain on the bed, non-existant wifi signal, and was right next to construction. They happily moved me to another room, albeit not as premium as I had purchased. The new room was clean enough, and the staff were very accommodating. The spa packages are very mediocre, and you have to spend premium money to get a massage without a bunch of other tourists (See: more Russians) in the room. By the elevators on top of the No Smoking signs were freshly smoked cigarette butts, though I cant really blame the hotel for their renegade clientele. I had amazing experiences throughout Vietnam at hotels with less stars and for a lower price, though I felt that way about all of Nha Trang so I may be biased. For their part, the hotel definitely did a good job at trying to accomodate, and I hate to belittle their attempts, but I have to be honest: I didnt have the greatest experience at this hotel. The location is pretty great and by the second room I had a fantastic view of the beach. My friend had a similar experience at his four-star hotel so maybe its just Nha Trang?

the man staff was unfriendly and does not care about you much ! full of group guest from russia and china even guide book of touring was only russian language ! shower has no power, no bathtub - otherwise room was large enough and clean - the bed was comfortable ,,,

Galina is an excellent hotel for the value. I stayed there in June 2015. Best value and quality compared to other hotels I've tried in Nha Trang (Yasaka and Lodge). It is not a beachfront hotel but only one or two blocks away.

At the beach, if you come early there would be a few chairs with large umbrellas cover for you in the reserved area of the hotel. To go to the airport, you can ask the reception staff to arrange a nice taxi for you with a cost of only 250,000 dong one way. The staffs are generally very helpful and attentive.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But the room was pretty unimpressive. Also found a dead roach that had been squish on the wall and left to dry. It was never washed offby staff.
