Overall hotel was good especially counter clerk Neo she was fantastic. My only complaint is my return to airport taxi service took my deposit and car was not available

During my interaction with your front desk staff, specifically Namkwan, I was met with behavior that was not only rude and sarcastic but also disrespectful and arrogant.
When I asked for some change to pay for my Grab good delivery , she simply said no, which I accepted without issue. However, her demeanor was entirely unacceptable. She was visibly annoyed, treated me with disdain, and made it clear that she wanted to brush me off as quickly as possible. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply concerning.

What a great location only a five minute walk to sukumvit road very modern rooms only stayed one night but by far the best hotel I used while in Thailand would use again for sure thankyou citrus regards Paul ….. uk 🇬🇧

Staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with enough options for everyone. Room was clean but a bit aged. Bed, air conditioner and shower were all notable.
A bit of a walk from Nana metro station. Villa Market and 7/11 about 3-5 min away.

The staff, room and location were great, but the hall on Floor 7 stunk. We had to plug our noses. I don’t know about the rest of the floors.

The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of bus and rail links. The room was big and very clean and the bathroom well equipped. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Super breakfast. The basic room are small. The personnel at front desk need to smile more. The front desk lady Cliff is not what we expect for a super welcome. 😀 Nice location but the street is dangerous to walk. Very narrow

Same as staying on Vegas strip. Smaller rooms, but just as nice. Grocery store just around the corner and EVERYTHING within walking distance.
Any negative reviews are from the competition.
I always tried to hit the maid up for a bottle of water or a towel and not get the full clean job. One day I thought they had done their rounds so I left for a while and left my wallet on the night stand and a knot of baht on the table.
My wallet still had the 3k USD when I returned. Couldn’t say that at a hotel in America…just facts

I really hate when I hear the plingplingpling from all the notifications to the cleaning staff in the hallway at my floor from 8 o'clock in the morning. And staff talking loudly outside my door earli..
They need to keep more quiet and turn off the notifications sound on they're phones. Unfortunately there was no "Please do not disturb" sign to hang on the door.
The breakfast is good for Asian ppl..

Missing whole weet bread, bacon and soft boiled eggs.
This sweet gummy bread from 7-eleven should been thrown in the garbage. It's terrible..
No hotel should serv this to their customers..
And why have cinnamon at the breakfast buffet when there is no porridge??

The Hotel by them self is good. The small Road just in
front of the Hotel is most of the time very busy and loud
and have just a very small/narrow pavement on one side
of the road. If you go out on foot the first aprox. 100m are
not pedestrian friendly !

A very nice hotel situated in a quiet alley next to bustling Soi 11 with all the nightlife round the corner. The only negative issue is that there are no swimmingpool, however we used another Citrushotels pool 500 meter away. I had a cornerroom which was faboulus. The breakfast was one of the better I have had in this type of hotel.

It was a little bit out of the main area and walking to this property was not the most convenient (very narrow walking path on a very busy street). However, everything was close and within walking distance. Worth the price. Buffet was OK. Room condition was decent. Fairly quite. Amenities were average. In room massage service was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay although we were not expecting it to be such a small property accessible via an alley like road. The area at first did not appear attractive but then we got used to the convenience of having a supermarket and 7/11 nearby and discovered Sukhumvit road just behind the property. Breakfast spread is minimal but satisfactory. The property hallways are very warm. The gym has minimal cardio equipment. The staff are absolutely super and made our stay pleasant. Overall, a good stay.

A little difficult to find as Sukhumvit 11 seems to wind around several turns. The hotel and staff were quite good. Room was clean. Exercise room and Terrace were nice also. Close to restaurants downstairs.
