We had travelled from Sioux Falls yo Rapid city and back. We stayed at Home2 suites in both places . Very happy with our accommodations

We spent time with out family in Minneapolis and set up visits to Sioux Falls and Rapid City. Great opportunity to see parts of the country.

We were on a family trip that turned into a wreck. We had issues with the room itself and ended up having to pack all of our belongings into bags. The management was helpful in the end but it changed our whole trips vibe.

We have stayed at this hotel before when we have needed to be at Sanford for early morning appointments.
The stay at this hotel was great until the night front desk person accused me and my family of making noise in our room until 1a.m. We were in bed until 10:30p.m. Made us uneasy the rest of the stay. We stayed in this hotel due to the convenience of being connected to Sanford to be near my very ill husband. When we came back to our room at night, we were all exhausted. This is the same guy that could not give me his full attention when checking me in. Hotel is nice and well kept.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Home2Suites By Hilton. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Had an appointment at Sanford so the location was key but pretty disappointed in the cleanliness. Found clumps of hair everywhere. Very obvious that the floor hadn’t been swept/vacuumed. Also had a pretty terrible smell. I certainly expect better from a Hilton.

Very friendly and understanding about the situation when mother passed and did not need the room for another night.

Hotel is nice. Some stains in the carpet and couch was pretty dated. Mildew in the shower. I could here every step that the family in the room above me took. I'm not sure if they were stomping the whole time or there's a sound/insulation problem.

Service was great. They made sure we had everything we needed with no issues. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great and hot and fresh and they made sure it was always refilled. Best service I've received in a long time at a hotel. Wish more knew how to make you feel comfortable and at home. Will for sure stay here again if in the area!

Skywalk to hospital was great. Two complaints…the pillows were awful. No support at all. Even stacking two, they just hugged your head and you sunk right in. I had hoped the breakfast options would have been better, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. I’ll bring my own pillow or buy one next time.

The hotel is great. The location is perfect for the hospital. It’s just that a group of 10 year old boys were allowed to run up and down the hallway yelling till 10:00 pm when my wife had to be in the hospital at 5:30 for surgery made me upset. They figured if I yelled at them they would start knocking on our door. I just let it go

We loved the skyway to the hospital. We could stay parked and walk over. Alyssa at the front desk is top notch!! She is kind, helpful and the perfect person for that role. She was empathetic to different situations her guests were dealing with being next to the hospital and very accommodating. She made our stay during unfortunate circumstances pleasant.
