Needs more cleaning

The street was under construction and it was nearly impossible to find the hotel

Very dirty for to be the motel or hotel i can not recommand someone to stay in this

Dirty and not maintained .....wouod actually like a refund or some credit.

this place is on the wrong side of the tracks. property not maintained but accepted a late booking at a price not worth the few hours spent there as a result of the conditions

The "hotel" was no where near the advertised quality and pictures. 1-extremely filthy. 2-The lady at the front desk was very rude and was smoking at the entrance of the front desk. 3-Part of the "hotel" has fire damaged and is not safe to sleep in a room close to that part. I left the "hotel" with an unused day. In my opinion, Expedia should stop promoting this place until renovation is done. Please refund me the money i paid immediately.

I parked my new dumping trailer freely, while I was on my vocation. The manager and officer are friendly.

There is nothing to like unless of course you like bed bugs

Upgrade the furniture and the washroom.Otherwise the place is awesome the rooms are bigger and the TV was working perfectly.

The room was stinky. The bathroom was very dirty, to the point I didn’t dare taking a shower, when I am usually not very demanding (I have pictures to prove). The bathtub was black dirty with dead and living insects in it. The fridge was not working. The wifi was not working. When checking in, I was ask to leave a $10 deposit for the room key. I didn’t have cash so had to use my credit card. I was actually charged $11, and got back only $10; the guy at the reception didn’t mention the $1 charge to use the credit card. Very bad. I strongly recommend to avoid.

Dirty beds with stained hair wrapped bed sheets...smelly, unsanitary, aweful washroom... terrible one night stay due to flight cancellation

Do not stay here!! This place should not be on Expedia or be operating. I’ve never felt so unsafe and been in such deplorable conditions. I should have left, but it was already after midnight and I just needed somewhere to stay until my morning flight as my original flight was cancelled. Was better off just staying at the airport.

Bed sheet and comforter look old, cheap and inferior pillows. Power outage in the evening, it was very dark and I was very scared. Nobody came to clean the batroom for the whole stay. Breakfast was not served.

I definitely do not recommend it, we were literally deceived, this hotel is very dangerous and bad for Montreal, they definitely did not refund my money, they did not pay my money either, the hotel is literally very bad

Decent room

We were lucky enough to find a room at this hotel when our original hotel cancelled our reservation. But we understood why once we got there. Road construction meant the bus dropped us a half mile from the hotel instead of right in front of their entrance. Well outside of downtown Montreal also meant the buses only ran once an hour, so getting there turned into a bigger challenge than we expected. Our room, though spacious, had a thick layer of dust and many insects inhabiting it. The air conditioner, though it worked well, was too noisy for us to leave on overnight. On the plus side, the bed linens and towels were clean and there was plenty of hot water. Mattress and pillows were firm, which is exactly how we like them, so we slept fairly well. The staff was pleasant. If the room had been clean and the bus line not detoured, we might have stayed longer. But as it was, we left after the first night having paid for three even though the room was nonrefundable.

I did not like anything about the property. The clothes for the ed was not very clean, mattress full of old stains. Bathroom full of black mold. Then the owner want me to leave a night early shouting in chinese in front of another guests. I refuse leaving and then she turned of the lights in my room. Then I went to the office speak with the lady there and she was sorry that was miss understanding. come back to my room still no lights. I call the police and they come in meanwhile she turn on the lights. The clothes was so duty I went to the walmart and bough on cover for the bed in order to get something clean to lay down. Also the days we stayed there very hot and the air conditioner was a small unit it could not do the job. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE MONEY I PAID. For the money I paid it should of a nice stay instead of a nightmare of a weekend

I cant say enough good stuff about the staff they were very kind and acoomadating and on the inside of the rooms although a bit dated and not the cleanest it wasnt horrible they had a nice little set up and i think with a few renovations and a good cleanup this place would be great Over all if you need a quick cheap place for the night its alright but if your looking for a nice clean and updated place then id look elsewhere

You need to take this place off of Expedia. It is beyond disgusting. Owners crazy. We had to call the police on them. Police told us that they have many calls to this property. Smelly, dirty, grounds unkept, shower did not work, one bare light in bedroom, inadequate A/C, heat pouring into bathroom, floor never mopped. I threatened to call the health dept. on them. I will be making a formal complaint with Expedia when I return from this trip.

The cleanliness of the motel is terrible. It smells terrible and it seems that someone smoked inside.

Do not recommend staying here

This was terrible. Booked inline through expedia, but the road going to the Motel was closed! No notice on expedia that there was no way to get to the Motel. The road was all torn up around the Motel and we couldn't even get in. Tried 3 different back road routes and all too you to a point where you had to go on the torn up road to get into the motel. We couldn't even get there to check in and will most likely loose our $$ too.

Last mint book option , 20 mint drive from downtown. Rooms smelly, and humid. Average comparing to the price, Not bad only to sleep in as last mint booking

Worst place ever both women there don’t care about people can’t give me a clean room first one got pooped in the toilet bath , toilet , sink disgusting, second one same thing , bath toilet sink disgusting, burn cigarette hole in the sheet i understand its a motel but the least they could do its clean! Then i ask for my money back cuz they were no way i was staying there they refuse to pay me back!!

The worst motel ever. Receptionist and owner was shouting and using abusing words. They forced us to leave the motel before check out time. They didn't even give us time to get fresh. They gave threats and forced to leave rooms at 3:30AM. Used abusing words. Also road network to reach motel is ill. Don't have well maintained road to reach safely at location. I never suggest any one to visit this motel. Even room service was not provided. They clearly denied to provide room service.
