Had a great stay here for a week in one of the deluxe bungalows, lovely beach, resort itself could do with a spruce up but it didn’t affect our stay. Bungalow was excellent. Breakfast was decent with lots of choice. Could do with a few more chairs and loungers around the pool and beachfront. Would stay again.

Staff were very good wasn’t too impressed by the resort allowing the public to use the pool as we come for a relaxing time it was very noisy with children in the pool which I’ve never seen many children on the island rooms were ok internet not so good but on the whole it was an ok stay

We stay in beach front room which has the beach in front of us. Location of the resort is great. Service is good. The room itself is superb, tiny adjustment would make it nicer. Facilities are convenient. Overall is awesome. Beside breakfast is not promising. One more thing is pet-friendly but have to pay extra 300-500 baht per night depending on the size.

Cozy bungalows with comfortable beds. The hotel could support in renting scooter, and had a very nice massage area. Nice breakfast with egg station.
On the downside, the water in the shower was cold and we had quite a lot of ants in our bathroom.
The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, but many, many tourists in this area..

Poor and slow service but nice surrounding just near the beach. Room was clean but small with a soft nice bed. No safety box.

Beautiful facilities with amazing beach access. They organized a lovely new year’s celebration. The staff could’ve been friendlier and more helpful overall, but they certainly weren’t unfriendly. This was an overall classy resort on the west coast of Koh Chang!

I stayed in a garden view bungalow. Room was kinda small and there was mold throughout the bathroom. There didn't seem to be any management person there. It's run by teenage girls I guess. Food was good at the restaurant for dinner. and there are lots of tables by the beach, but that's about it. Breakfast buffet was included with the room and it wasn't very good at all...included hot dogs and thinly sliced ham floating in hot water.. I ordered a soft boiled egg and it came out raw. I will not come back here again. Note to management: maybe you should come by some time and check on your hotel. See if your guests are enjoying themselves.

nice place on kloh phraho beach, very quiet destination, clean beach and no stupid noisy waterscooters or stupid speedboats with bananas. Good for relaxing, swimming, jogging and nothing to to.

Nice hotel but I think you get neglected as a solo traveller. Not much in the local area to do at night
