My stay at My Place has been very good, staff is pleasant and greets you. They were amazing straightening out the issue with expedia upon my check in. Turns out expedia messed up my card for check in, over charged me my stay by about $60. Probably never see that reimbursed to my card. From now on I will not be using the .com to book my rooms. I will be contacting My Place directly.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIFICALLY SPEAKING ABOUT THE MANAGER WAS TERRIBLE! She was a EXTREMELY Rude, Disrespectful, & Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Will NOT be staying there again and I DON’T recommend anyone else to waste their money staying there either. THERE ARE TWO OTHER HOTELS RIGHT NEXT TO HERE THAT ARE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT DEFINITELY WORTH the LITTLE EXTRA COST

Front desk gal was not knowledgeable about anything. TV didn’t work called to ask for help she laughed and said she didn’t know anything about TV’s Had to wait for maintenance until 11:30 pm. No breakfast and room smelled.

Sink in bathroom was plugged up. I like the shower the water pressure. Has a full refrigerator, which is nice as a bottle opener, which is nice. Microwave is good but the light under the microwave never turns off so you have this really bright nightlight. You have to deal with. If you like to sleep in the dark, then you’re screwed. Overall, this place is very clean and it smells good.

Water got on the floor and I cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty from the floor. The blow dryer did not work. Walked on the carpet with white socks and they were black. We only had enough to make one cup of coffee.

Liz, who checked me in was a delight and super friendly.
Then I never saw anyone at the front desk again until I checked out. This was a bit disappointing as I was needing packets of coffee since there was only one in the room when I arrived.
It was very nice having an ice maker in the fridge that was actually cold, kudos to that.
I did feel bad for the gentleman who wanted to do his laundry but the hotel was using the guest facilities and had it closed. Maybe the hotel should have their own backup machines, or leave a couple machine available for guest.

I had woke up at 4:00 a.m. that morning so around 1:00 I stopped and asked what time I could check in (to take a nap). She checked to see what type of room I had requested and, since one was ready, she got me in right then. I was so pleased! I was a bit confused about having a kitchenette but no flatware, plates or cookware.

I enjoyed my stay there. I just wish that their breakfast options were better clarified online. They do not provide complimentary breakfast as other hotels offered. You can purchase from their food kitchenette a breakfast of sort but it costs. The price was not comparable to a cheaper breakfast elsewhere.

It was clean and quiet. The room freshener was very, very strong, that was hard on my husband with his allergies but the room and bed were comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and I would stay again. My husband… not so much.

The lady who checked me in was not friendly and had an attitude while checking me in, on my third night the toilet overflowed and when asking if there was a plumger i could use and keep in my room, she had told me that they don't have any plungers....

This is where I always stay while travelling through Pasco for business. The staff and rooms are great. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.
