It is a dated property with most horrendous breakfast possible. It does not worth the money they charge. Room was dated and heater did not heat the room properly. Front desk lady was helpful but hotel needs a lot of work. Parking was one of the selling point since it is impossible to find proper parking in the center city Skopje. I must add that hotel is super convenient if you are looking for a place close to the old bazaar.

The Photos of the Room on Hotels.com are nothing like in actual real life - the rooms are AWFUL, the breakfast area is really low, low, low level, almost like a shed for workers working at a construction site. It is simply misleading when booking. The staff were great but the condition of the hotel is simply unacceptable

This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast is decent, the location is perfect, and the rooms are spotless. However, the real highlight is the outstanding service from the family who runs the hotel—truly 10/10. The youngest son, Behar, was an incredible guide and a genuinely great person. Highly recommended!

Koka hotel is very close of the most important turistic places. From bus station it is 20 minutos walk and 5 min in taxi. The breakfast is very good and the personal is very kind

Staff was friendly and it was very close to the old bazaar, but that’s the only good things. Their pictures definitely don’t tell the whole story. Yes, our room had a big tub but you couldn’t stay long due to the overpowering smell of mold. The toilet seat was broken and we noticed the next morning that there were globs of someone else’s hair in the bed. Breakfast would keep you from starving to death but nothing more. It seemed that the milk in the coffee machine soured

The experience was very good , the hotel is located near the Bazar, 15 minutes walking from the city center.

This is what I’d call a “wow” hotel. The staff was phenomenal from check in to check out. They even prepared a nice breakfast bag to go as I left at 1 am for the airport. The room was very nice with excellent WiFi. Next door to the hotel was the Old Bazaar for many shopping and dining opportunities. I met the son of the owner who was equally as impressive as he shared the long term vision for the hotel. They are growing and exceeding because of the exceptional staff at all levels of the organization. Congrats! Highly recommended without an exception

Decor a bit tatty, small duvet in a double bed that was quite hard & with lumpy pillows. Floor was laminate which was chipped. Safe in room was not secured to the wall & unusable. But there was a kettle & coffee sachets. WiFi worked fine, it was clean. No toiletries except soap in a dispenser. Breakfast had a good selection of average quality.

The room was not cleaned properly, with garbage still in trash bag from last guest. Bathroom smelled. Breakfast is boring and NOT TASTY AT ALL. They should really try to improve this feature. Its free though...

The actual hotel itself was fine, clean and nice. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful. But we booked a sound proof room... and the room was NOT sound proof. You could hear someone sneeze in the rooms down the hall.There was also a club was right near us, and the music was extremely loud most nights. To the point where we could not sleep.The parking lot was very questionable, and the attendants were somewhat rude and not helpful. They would demand us to park closer to the hotel (to be double parked) however the whole parking lot had open spaces, and was meant for the hotel.Note also the tub, we didnt have enough hot water, and it was luke warm. And the jets smelled like sulfur. Overall the hotel itself is fine and nice.

Honestly, I was expecting more from this hotel based on the reviews. However, when I arrived to my floor/room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The breakfast was really lacking and I am not even sure it can be called breakfast. The staff did not wear masks and neither did most guests, despite the increase in covid in the region. The location is great, the price was reasonable, but I think it is worth spending a bit more for one of the other hotels in the area.

Great location. The room was a bit small but fine just for 1 person. Good price for what it is offered. Breakfast was fine. Cheese, boiled eggs, breads, juice, tea, coffee, the basics. When I closed the door the handle came off and was left in my hand but they quickly sent someone to fix it.

Very convenient location even tbough not in the main square. Next to the bizarre street shopping. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the main square fountain. Fair price and nice breakfast.

Very good prices for a very good hotel. Parking is very tight and complicated. Do NOT use their recommended taxi. The public taxis outside are much cheaper(make sure the put the meter on!).

Very nice hotel with a spa bath. Clean. Nice people. Allowed me to check in early. I had a free parking but it was a very busy parking lot because the hotel is right at the popular grand Bazaar. Very clean room. The only thing I would recommend is they provide shampoo and conditioner.

The property was very central and well placed. I think some of the rooms are a little dated but are all clean and a reasonable size. I thought the staff were all really helpful. The included breakfast is now a packaged sandwich and fruit ( buffet removed due to covid).
